The service was great we loved what we got and the lady there explain everything so amazingly. The atmosphere was so pleasing. I got the skyline and it was amazing

Went there with friends and the workers helped out and explained everything on the menu treated us in a very friendly manner keep up the work and I'll visit more often when I can.

Very cute place love the theme. The drinks though were subpar the crystal boba was spoiled/ stale That I couldn’t even finish my drink.

I was excited to try this place.. but was very disappointed when ordering a drink. the tea was horrendous, I’m sorry to say that but it was. I ordered a Macha milk tea with boba. she asked me what “base” tea I wanted and I looked confused and said Macha. She said they start with a base tea so I picked jasmine. that doesn’t make Sense, considering macha is tea.. you just need to add milk or water. When receiving my drink the taste was so bad. It was bitter and way to strong, the boba was horribly over cooked honestly the worst boba tea drink I’ve ever had. They are way over priced. And I will not be coming back. What a shame this place has potential but they need to work on their items.

I order a tiramisu mocha. It was super sweet the flavors didn't resemble tiramisu. I wasn't my thing however the drink looked great. My reason for the 1 start review is the customer service. I was told my drink would take 30mins. I left establishment and returned 20 minutes later. The people that ordered ahead of me were still in the restaurant without their drinks. When the employee called order 46 both myself and the people ahead of me asked about our orders since we were number 43 and 44. The lady rolled her eyes stormed into the kitchen to retrieve their drinks. She chastised them at them as they grabbed their drinks. That same chubby black lady with bushy hair gave me my drink and told me next time I come in I need to listen better. Needless to say I won't be returning. I'm not going to pay good money to be verbally spanked by some random women with a bad attitude. I do recognize that this one employee doesn't represent the entire establishment. All my previous visits were quite pleasant. I don't think it's asking too much for employees to check their feelings at the door and be pleasant.

I feel like I have to update this review to warn people. This place just isn't worth it. The prices shot up and kept the same mediocre quality that they strive to keep. The milk tea isn't dairy free as lactose sensitive people still get affected with drinking so I'm suspecting that's a lie. Longs waits due to severe understaffing and constantly out of popular flavors for weeks to months. This place used to be alright but it just seems it won't get any better. For milktea, I'd definitely recommend Wacocha. They are well established here and respected as a boba store. For ice teas, zuke's tea bar. There's plenty of smoothie places like mamaka and tropical smoothie cafe. For coffee, try any of the 8+ shops in downtown Waco or away from Waco. For boba milks, just buy some syrup and make it at home. You can buy just toppings if you need them but don't spend $7 on a cup of milk with some toppings and some syrup. This chain seems to have sketchy stuff happening. If you look at their Carrollton store, theirs a former shift lead that talks about some concerning business practices but that's for you to see if you want to. Hopefully they improve since there's only two boba shops in Waco.

The atmosphere was great. The product tasted good. We believe we were overcharged. There was not a manager onsite to assist with that. One reason we went there was because of the wi-fi because we had some work to do. It wasn't functional. My friend says she always has a problem there. They are out of something or something.

I ordered a matcha milk tea and my first indicator that it wasn't good should have been that it was a brown-green pukey type of color. Foreshadowed the pukey hour that resulted from drinking it. Severely disappointed, if I'm paying $9 on a drink I expect it to be made with fresh, regulated ingredients and clearly this was not. Furthermore, when I went to their website to contact them to relay this experience, the page crashed and wouldn't let me return to the "contact" section. So I'll end this review with the same phrase I ended the other one with: Do better.

Used to love coming to this place, so while in town I decide to stop by. When I got my order there was a mistake, so I brought it up to Yazmynique, who took my order. I explained that I didn’t want Tapioca pearls and she tried to argue with me saying I said yes when ordering. I know for a fact that I only asked for popping lychee. I don’t understand why she needed to be rude about it, so instead of taking her up on the remake I just left. This could’ve been easily solved, but no.
