1102 Bubble Tea & Coffee

Pretty solid bubble tea offerings (for most I'd recommend 25-50% sweetness because the 100% is ridiculously sweet). Sandwiches were good flavor but not enough filling vs bread ratio. Service is a bit slower than ideal, but friendly.

Wait time is massive (~1hr), so you have order ahead of time. They require masks for vaccinated customers still, but not when people sit down. Also, they do not socially distance the space. Really, what you have is a tiny space, with tons of tables, and no real science behind their no-mask-no-service rule. If you’re going to require it, then please don’t make me wait an hour for a beverage, while sitting with a room full of unmasked strangers sitting 2ft apart (I honestly stepped outside). My problem is with no-mask-no-service, while allowing an over-crowded room to sit unmasked. You’re helping no one by making us wait in line maskless, just to turn us away up at the front. I got both my doses of Moderna months ago (please people get vaccinated), but I won’t be going back here again. Virtue signaling and embarrassing customers is not my cup of tea (or should I say bubble tea). Hope y’all fix your hypocrisy...

This place is amazing. I come here multiple times a week and I thoroughly enjoy the environment and the top quality bubble teas and smoothies. There's a variety of drinks, so there's something for everyone, even those who don't like tea. It also plays kpop which is pretty neat.

Love the special drinks and the variety of boba. I think the only downside is their warm drinks. Out of the two times I ordered a hot drink they all came out lukewarm. However, love the atmosphere and the nice staff.

I wish I could give more stars but to be honest this establishment has a lot of hype but the consistency in my opinion is not there. I am not a college student so free wifi and looking for a place to chill is not as important as the drink i ordered. The last 2 times my sweet husband has went to get a chai bubble tea for me it has been so diluted that he even tried ordering it without ice and still Fortunate Cookie still has them beat by a long shot, my opinion. I gave 3 stars because the containers are reusable and super cute. i have gave this place 3 tries before i wrote this btw.

This place is awesome and staff is great. Really cool atmosphere and their "secret garden" layout is perfect for a date. Food and drinks are all fresh and pretty unique. The menu is heavily Vietnamese inspired and being half Viet it was really nice to see something like this in Waco. I will definitely be back to try more!

Great place. The tea is excellent, the space is pleasant, and the staff is very helpful. The music when we went was more than a little disruptive, though--both as regards the volume and the selection. But, aside from that, I'd definitely go again!

Just an update. Decided to order drinks again, over the phone this time. I placed an order of 2 drinks, and was told it'll be ready in 15 minutes. It took me 20 mins to get there and guess what, my order wasn't ready. Waited another 20 minutes, 40 mins total. My husband went in just to grab my order, and was banned for life because he didn't have his mask on. It happened in May 2021.
Whoever runs this place, train your staff on how to be efficient and prepare drinks, fast. Because whatever is going on behind that curtain is clearly distracting them from doing their job. Oh, and maybe pack and move to California, they looove masks there.

Drinks are good. but the wait is 30 minutes for just 3 drinks, with barely any people in line.

Everything on the menu so far has been amazing. The employees are lovely and kind. The environment is really calming great for studying and it looks and smells clean. Overall this place is great. I recommend this place if you want something great to drink or just to chill!
