The service here is very inconsistent. Sometimes the employees who take your order are kind and helpful, other times they’re short with you and treat you like an inconvenience. The night staff is rude… if you listen closely, you can hear them rolling their eyes at you. Sometimes they’re playing Uno when you walk in… and then they just stare at each other until one of them decides to finally take your order. I’m almost 30! I’ve had my fair share of customer service jobs. I know that they’re not the best, but you could at least pretend to care. Also, if you happen to still be in the store by 11PM, they do not politely let you know that they are closed (“Thank you for coming in. We are now closed. We hope to see you again soon.”) Instead, it’s a quick “We’re closed!”

The cafe is very cute, but if you look closely you will see that it is a bit worn down. The owners need to give this location some serious TLC. I’ve been to the 1102 in Arlington and it seems well kept. I wish this location got the same attention.

Excited to try because my daughter loves boba. Well I waited about 24 mins just to have my order taken. The lady taking the order was not personable once so ever. Also they were OUT OF BOBA!!!!! Not sure how a “Bubble tea” labeled restaurant is out of boba! It’s literally in the name… won’t be returning and never placed my order.

It is so cute inside here! The aesthetic is gorgeous, the atmosphere is lovely, the people friendly, and the boba is great and can be put in so many things you'll always have #something new to try! I love this place!

My German exchange student was seeking bobo tea when she arrived. This place is super cute with study books and soft music. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and allowed us a few samples to taste to help make out perfect drink.

I LOVE coming here for my boba fix!!! They have a lot of options and some amazing staff, though not all are. I really prefer coming in when 1 specific cashier is working as so far none of the others really get it right with my order since I can't have too much cold, hot or sweetness due to a tooth right now. But I give it 5 stars because they're flavors and that 1 amazing employee.

Place looks cute when you walk in but the little booths are very worn. Also the young lady at the front counter during my visit 9/19/21 was very unpleasant. When asking for a sweet drink recommendations she simply said everything can be sweetened. Asked if anything a teenager that liked fruit would like and she just gave a blank stare and pointed at the menu saying those were our options. Probably not the best place to go if you are unfamiliar with Boba teas as the staff doesn't seem knowledgeable nor care.

Ciara was extremely rude to me and my eight year old. I wish I never would have waisted my money on this business who hires unprofessional people. I will not recommend this place of business to anyone. Getting an attitude after my 8 year old noticed that her drink didn't have brown agar that she requested. Giving an attitude towards an eight year old is uncalled for and I will spend my money else where.

Lovely Lore

It used to be good, but they've only gone down hill since opening. They are frequently out of popular products, wait time always vary, the interior is very worn in/uncomfortable, and they increased their prices again. The problem with the price increase is that it came with no quality increase, and its increased twice within some many months. Also, I used to actually be able to use their reward system, and it was good deal. It made sense when you could earn a star for every $5 spent when that was the average for most items. 5 stars got you a free small. Now, we have to spend 7$ for a star and 5 stars only gets 2$ off. That used to be the reward for redeeming just 4 stars. It's also just weird that now most products are a couple cents under $7, so unless you're buying two overpriced items there is no value in the program. This will be an okay place to go every once in a while, but nothing special
