Dutch Bros Coffee

One thing I've noticed about my visits to other Dutch Bros locations, is the extremely outgoing and friendly employees. This location is no different. The employees are all upbeat, welcoming, and helpful. The coffee is amazing and not too expensive. In fact, it was so good, that I went back a second time in the same day.

This was my first time stopping at a Dutch Bros, and what a time!! A big group of us (unsupervised teens) stopped during our trip to Austin, and all of the workers were so kind and so speedy! They effortlessly balanced being friendly with their ability to give us our orders in an incredible amount of time! Not only were they workers’ attitudes outstanding, but the coffee!! It was delicious! 10/10, would recommend! (They also gave us stickers!!)

Love love love the coffee here ! The line is long but worth the wait ! And it goes pretty fast ! Great prices and taste so good ! Amanda the clown was really nice and happy ! Love happy and friendly employees. Makes me feel welcome and loved. Will be returning here everyday! Yep ! Whoever’s car this was “Love it “ ! I had to snap a picture , y’all are awesome Go Coffee .

I love Dutch Bros and usually go twice a week, but not anymore. It takes them FOR-EV-OR to make one drink. If you ask for light ice, only half your cup will be full but if you ask them to top it off, they charge you $5 and it messes with the final flavor of the drink. So, I paid almost $13 for one drink. THIRTEEN DOLLARS. For an energy drink and flavoring. I hate Starbucks but there’s no way I can justify DB anymore. I will say that the drinks are delicious and the workers are sweet. If you do want to take out a loan for a drink, go to the Woodway location.

Great service, knowledgeable and friendly employees AND delicious drinks….what more could you ask for? The menu can be a little intimidating but the baristas are always happy to make a suggestion based on what kind of drink you’re looking for. I promise, you’ll love it!

I frequent this place almost every day before work & usually it’s awesome. The line gets long, so to avoid waiting I usually walk up. This morning I was left waiting outside the window to order for over 10 minutes and no one came to help me. I then had to wait in the drive thru line after I’d already been waiting. Disappointing & very frustrating. Especially with how expensive you are, you need to figure out how to streamline the process, people need quick service in the mornings on the way to work.

It’s not that often that high expectations are met as well as exceeded but I can say almost everything about my first Dutch Bros experience was a win. We ordered 5 drinks & everyone got to try one another’s some better than others but all very good from the coffee drinks to the Rebel drinks. I plan to complete the secret menu drinks eventually, it may take a while unless they open a franchise back home in the near future. Very impressed with the level of service even tho they only had 3 ppl on staff today. Their hospitality made the wait well worth it. Lookin forward to having a few more visits while I’m in town

These employees are working overtime to make your experience a pure pleasure and they are pulling it off! The coffee is basically fast food coffee and does the job but what really put a smile on my face is that each and everyone of these employees were fully dedicated to making sure I was satisfied and felt appreciated thank you so much!!!

great coffee, but they don't make conversation anymore or ask how you are and that's what i really love about dutch bros.
i came through crying and just got some pop song sang to me and they only acknowledged me to take my card or give me the order, other than that they were pretty silent.
obviously love dutch bros so of course will come back, just disappointed it's not as friendly as it once was.

These girls said "awesome" literally 15 times while taking my order. It was hilarious how over acted their customer service was. I was totally entertained, and had plenty of jokes for days because of them. ! You go, dutch bro hos!
