Really good customer service!!! They look so yummy. It did not take long. And best of all it was sooo good I got the chocolate boba milk... So good and my mom got the Coffee black milk tea... Thank you Abigail smith

I visit quite often bought the light bulb cups "which you can bring in to refill with any drink you want" as I was informed by one of they're long term employees. So I came in to get a couple drink this other employee (short with arm tattoos asian)told me he wouldn't fill it all the way. My wife complained to another worker and he filled hers all the way. Love this place please get your employees on the same page.

Horrible customer service. They got my order wrong and as soon as I told them about the mistake the manager refused to refund or remake it, telling me the only way to get my correct order was to buy a new one. After some back and forth she finally made what I had originally ordered but I would not recommend here. Especially if you don't know much about the teas, very rude staff.

Hello fellow Wacoans...I ordered from this place a couple nights ago (9:30pm). I work in healthcare, I have received both doses of Moderna Vx back in Jan/Feb. We are at the point where we don’t wear masks in the clinical setting. McLennan Co doesn’t require masks for vaccinated folks, Waco doesn’t either, and neither does Texas. I went into the restaurant, TONS of folks sitting down drinking without masks on (literally no one in the building had one on), and I go to the counter to get my to-go order, the lady has it in her hands, and she says, “no mask no service, no mask no service, no mask no service,” three times like that because she didn’t want me to reply I guess - who knows? So I walk back out past everyone, to my car, and I find an old mask that probably shouldn’t be on my face, and I go back in. This little episode of making me go back out exposed everyone in the room by 200% more than if she’d have just handing the drinks to me for carry-out. Again...no one in the restaurant had masks in and this is a tight space without social distancing. By the way, masks don’t work as well as distancing. Also, the virus doesn’t magically stop becoming a threat when you sit at a table. There is no logic here, except to embarrass a customer who is already vaccinated! I’m never going back.

I tried the almond milk tea here and it was decent, but not the best I've had. They have options to add less sweetener to your drink. I asked for this in my almond milk tea, but what I got was super sweet, almost syrupy. The almond teas I've gotten from other places (ie: The Teahouse in Houston) aren't nearly this sweet. It would be nice if they could state if something can't be sweetened less, not everyone can handle that much sugar.

Bought a pack of macaroons($10) and the box had obvious water damage. Took a bite and the actual macaroons were also wet. Tried to get a new box and they wouldn't give me an new box or a refund, but at least the drinks are decent.

I absolutely love this place! The employees are so kind and offer you unlimited samples so you find your perfect tea. I took an awesome pic on my insta @madipowell. The atmosphere is so gorgeous. Can't wait for the grand opening!

If it weren't for the good taste of food and drinks, I would have given this place a negative 1 star. The staffs were careless and busy talking to each other and had us waited for our order for 40 min, and when we came in to ask they didn't even remember we ordered (there were only 2 other customers that came behind us, they also waited 30min AND got there drinks first). Management, please make sure to take a look at your staffs because they will drive your customers away.

Very nice girl working there. She explained everything and helped me with my choice. I think the milk tea is expensive (in general, no more so here) and it can be very disappointing with a bad choice. This was the best I've had!
