Great place! They'll let you have free samples before you order so if you aren't sure about what you're getting you can try a few flavors beforehand. Lots of variety in toppings and boba! You can adjust the sweetness on any drink. The service is fast too. At night the music can be pretty loud but during the daytime it seems to be quieter. I like to get the Red Thai Milktea with regular boba at 100% sweetness. They also have coffee/mocha drinks, italiam soda and snacks and desserts.

Nice little gem & a cozy, aesthetic atmosphere. I had top notch customer service from Sierra. She was so knowledgeable of all of their products from bobas, teas to deserts. I could tell she was passionate about her job and loved being in a customer service industry which is hard to come by these days. Thank you so much Sierra for the boba talk and the awesome drink!!! I’ve been waiting more than 40min to get my order? 2 drinks and snacks. What is going on? I just happened to be in the area, i thought it would be a quick stop and go. Turned out, almost 1 hr stop (at this time writing this). That’s horrible for a boba store. Don’t stop here if you don’t have time to wait.

Order three items, only received one item that was what I actually ordered. Store ran out of the flavored syrup and toppings that I wanted in both of my drink orders. I placed my order around 3:30 in the afternoon but the store was already out of almost everything I ordered. Either this place is super popular or they have super low inventory. The substitutes (flavor and toppings) tasted so bad that I threw away both of the drinks. $16 down the drain plus the gas I spent to drive to the store to pick up my order. Great place to waste your time and money. The staff was friendly, but friendliess will only get you so far if you don't have enough inventory to actually fulfill the orders. This was a twenty some dollar order and more than half of that order is currently in the trash. Highly doubt I will be returning to that place.

We were waiting in line and then once we got to the counter told us that they were excepting no more orders. They could’ve told us I was standing out there for five minutes before hand.

Products are yummy, customer service is good, but they do take way too long to make your drink

the service and tea quality (sweetness, creamy levels, boba quality) were unprofessional and inconsistent for the most part. I came here 4 times and only once the employee here was friendly enough to answer my questions in the friendly way when they took my order. every other time, they were cold, as if I begged them to sell me milk tea. I wonder if because they think I'm an Asian girl so I better know abt milk tea in general.

this place is good for taking instagram picture, but I won't come back again.

my sister and I came the first day they opened at 10:57 am or something like that. one girl took our order, didn't offer any sample or give any suggestions. when we asked, she talked really short and cold. well, fine. then we ordered lavender oolong milk tea with white boba, organic genmaicha with white boba, and later black milk tea with boba. they can't really adjust the sweetness of the milk tea.

lavender oolong milk tea with white boba - really sweet. we can't smell or taste any lavender. when asked, the guy there said maybe because oolong was too strong. white boba (some other milk tea places call it crystal boba) is good.

organic genmaicha milk tea - less sweet than the one before. creamy milk tea.

black milk tea with boba - I didn't taste it, but my sister told me it's sweet, and boba was really soft, over cooked.

a couple days later we came back. ordered organic Hojicha milk tea, organic dark roast Oolong milk tea, and organic earl grey black milk tea with boba. Overall the milk tea is less sweet than the first day.

Hojicha milk tea - it's good, has a little bitter aftertaste. If you have ever tried Hojicha milkshake at matcha love, it's pretty similar in taste.

dark roast Oolong milk tea - finally I got milk tea that not creamy.

earl grey black milk tea with boba - good drink, but again the boba is really soft, over cooked.

Loved this place. Good selections of teas and bobas♡ atmospher is cool and the place is cute and unique. Staffs are nice and very welcoming...

the girl at register was nice but the drinks were milkteas and i got regular teas. it was okay... and got a new fall milktea and took home got it without ice for my roomate. this one was so sweet it was nauseating. it's just really bad. i dunno how the recipes are handled but i can't believe i payed for that one it was so bad like a kid made it adding a ton of sugar like they were really doing something lol. just disappointing for how boba and drinks w boba and teas should really taste... and for the price... eh. not impressed.
