1102 Bubble Tea & Coffee

My drink came out tasting horrible. I have been here before and ordered the mango smoothie with boba and had no issues. I went up to the counter with the assumption that they would remake the drink for me without the boba (which honestly tasted rotten). They continued to tell me that they did nothing wrong and refused to either remake it or give me a refund. This was the manager and two young employees. The other boba place in Waco is ten times better and has much better customer service.

During this time in a pandemic they keep it nice and clean while still keeping a nice vibe inside the store. The cashier was nice and helped us pick a nice drink. The boba tea is really, I like that you can customize the sweetness for your level of taste and provided alter drink like sodas, hot tea, coffee, or smoothies. The snacks that have are quite good as well, I like that it nice and warm when it came out. 10/10 can’t wait to come here more often!

Our first visit was perfect. Todays experience was not. One of our tea orders was not what we wanted. When i took the tea back to discuss it the young Lady behind the counter basically called my daughter a liar. No options were presented, no offer of making the drink over. Just looked at us and told my daughter thad she did in fact order tapioca and not boba, even though my daughter does not like tapioca pearls. Giving two stars instead of one because of the good service on first visit

Drinks are ok. Good decoration and atmosphere. The flan and creme brulee are creamy, but not too aweet. They are a must try if you visit the milk tea place. Staffs were all at the back when i came in. It took awhile for one to come back to the front to take order. Overall, it's a good place to hang out and take pictures with friends.

I really like this place, it’s very pleasing and Aesthetic. The only problem I had was the fact that there was 2 other costumers after me, that was able to get there drink first before me. I Was the one to ordered first. I don’t want to base this on skin color. But I don’t know maybe they just kind of forgot to make my order first, and the 2 others were waiting inside I guess and I did wait in car. It took kind of long just to get my order. Something that I wanted to put out there.

I love how helpful the staff was in helping me decide how to perfect my drink. I'm not a huge fan of overly sweet drinks and they were so great at recommending what I should try. I went back 3 times in 1 week =) Sometimes there can be a wait, but it's so worth it!

Came in tonight with $50 bill. Order 3 large drinks (over $21) when I notice a note for the employees not to accept anything over a $20. I mention that it is not posted on the door or anywhere for the customers. I even offer to order another large drink that would make my total near $30. Told by the "shift leader" that the boss would get upset if they see a $50 & get offered to have the phone number to the manager. Sorry but instead you can lose my business, which is oabout $100 a week.

First time getting boba, the cashier was super helpful while I was trying to decide what to get! I will definitely will be a return customer!

The atmosphere was beautiful. I can see why this place was dubbed "The Secret Garden." There was nobody in there except us! A shame, since their smoothies and teas are delicious. They also have little snacks and desserts to pair with your tea. Service was very fast, and the employee serving us looked like he was actually enjoying his job. Plenty of things to choose from on the menu. I highly recommend this place even if you aren't a tea-drinker.
