Dutch Bros Coffee

After several trips to this location I feel that my experiences haven't been very positive. This last trip I was met with a dirty sticky cup, cold "extra hot" drink, and the long unorganized lines the other reviews here point too. What's the point of picking the shortest line if no one runs drinks out and channels everyone to the drive through window anyway. I have even tried using the walk up window and still found the service incredibly slow. This place has none of the pleasantness and efficiency that I have been accustomed to at other Dutch Bros/Cafes

The service was absolutely phenomenal we loved the energy!!! Now for the drinks we loved German chocolate, nutty Irish and palm beach such soda. We definitely did not like the mojito soda as it tasted like toothpaste . We had it in California previously and it was great. Price is also very reasonable. Keep it up you will get to those 5 stars

The service here provided by Josie was absolutely excellent. She was very kind and pleasant. She was very dignified and respectful. She made me my very first Dutch Brothers coffee in my whole entire life and it was absolutely amazing. The facility is very clean the environment is very friendly. I work for Liquid Environmental Solutions and we clean their grease traps. I'm very pleased with my experience here.

First time ordering, unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. The White Chocolate Cold Brew with Lavender tasted like plain watered down Cold Brew. I might give them another try during a different shift just because I visited them 20min before closing so the staff might have been less efficient *sigh*

Limited ordering on my part. Medium, decaf, sugar free, frozen mocha frap with real whip cream on top. Always great. Doesn't melt too soon - Love it!

I came across Dutch bros and decided to give them a try. Seeing “cotton candy” on their menu made me super happy and excited since it’s my favorite flavor (not to mention super easy as well) but to my disappointment it was terrible , didn’t even taste like cotton candy, I had to throw it away!

The staff is super hard working and very friendly, but sadly, the coffee that's been made recently is very milky & not so coffee like. Overall, I appreciate the hustle of the staff, but need to remember the coffee!!!

I stopped in two Monday nights in a row about 9 pm Marisa is really friendly and makes you feel welcome she is great and a great server I will be coming back even Payton is great as well thanks so much for hiring girls like them who are good with the publc

Awesome coffee and so much better than Starbucks. The wait is way too long but the staff are nice so not too bad.

I ordered the peach green tea, my cup also doesn’t have logo, the others 2 had. Anyway, the peach tea likely taste of peach and no tea no sweet at all. Just like a cup of water with light peach flavor.
And another ordered is Nitro coffee, they warned me it will strong, not at all. I want to add sugar, but no sugar in it.
The drive through line is a joke. And they also ask for you to add a tip on. ??? I always always add some tip when I go to Starbucks, they never ask. Not recommend and not be back.
