Never been and it's alright but not really worth the wait for a drink with a "cotton candy" amount of sugar! Ordered once due to the hype and as I appreciate the effort not for me. Can improve on the process for ordering (especially for noobies) and the amount of time for the coffee shake is a bit ridiculous (it's not like they are picking the coffee beans but come on already!) 😂

I wish I could give more stars but the wait time is very ridiculous. as a type one diabetic, I have to take my insulin 10 minutes before any kind of drink or food. I always do this in the Starbucks drive-through line and I'm fine because I get my drink soon after .I took my insulin and had to wait over 25 minutes for my drink. I almost went low blood sugar (which is very dangerous) luckily I had juice in my car. their business model needs to change because it was a pile up of cars just sitting and your stuck in line. this gave me anxiety because i have a medical condition that in an emergency would have no where to go but be stuck in a line. i will say friendly customer service tho. the drink was ok. you shouldnt have to wait 30 min for a cup of coffee.

I like that they have sugar free caramel, many Keto options.

This place is ALWAYS packed. Not once have I been and the line isn't wrapped around the place. That being said, they manage the lines very well, and the wait time isn't all that bad. I have had a few offerings at this point from their menu and that's what brings me to my biggest complaint. Every drink I have ordered so far has been SOOOOOOO sweet. Like, "Is there even coffee in this cup, or am I drinking straight chocolate and syrup," sweet. On one occasion I told the lady taking my order if they could cut back on the sweetness a bit, and they did, but even then it was still a diabetic nightmare. I am sure I will get the hang of how to order from this place to make it more palatable, but I just know there is a 5-star coffee spot underneath all the syrup, foam, sprinkles, and flavoring.

Giving it 4 stars bc the service was exceptional he was so welcoming, helpful and kind by recommending us a few drinks. However, my drink tasted just like any regular latte ; I ordered the Golden Eagle, and my boyfriend’s ordered one of their flavor green teas. I wasn’t impressed by the quality of the coffee or syrups used in their teas. But i’ll be returning to try some of their other items because I do appreciate their phenomenal customer service.

Great experience every time we come! The staff here is AWESOME, Deshaun took our complicated order and was very kind and patient. He repeated it several times to make sure it was correct, which we really appreciated. They work hard! Our favorite Dutch location!

worst drive through ever. The two drive through lanes merging in to one with no organization. Only one person taking orders slowly. At least the coffee is good and the service is friendly.
