Dutch Bros Coffee

We like the coffee itself but every time we come to this location, the staff is just concerned with speaking to each other rather than actually working. Waiting 30 minutes during a non crowded time for lemonade and coffee and had to ask to psychically be handed our drinks that were sitting there while they hung out at the drive through. I’d rather drive to another location.

Love this place. It's completely replaced Starbucks for me. Haven't had the coffee, but their energy drinks are so good. Also you can get a sofa with sugar free syrup. Get the vanilla. Its literally a cream soda.

I love Dutch Bros, loved it before it came to TX. However the staff at this stand in particular just are not what I would expect. Person taking my order did not know the menu at all. And then getting to the window my order was wrong and the batista was very less then thrilled when I asked for it to be corrected, like it was my fault my order was wrong. This dutch bros defenitally miss the mark by far set by any of my other visits to other locations.

The golden eagle is so good! Love it in the freeze on the warmer days.

This was my second time to visit this location. The service is great and friendly. The coffee is good. I especially appreciate that if you order an iced coffee they give you a bigger cup so you get the full amount of coffee. That’s huge! I didn’t give five stars for two reasons. First, the wait time is longer than at other places. Second, the double lane drive thru that merges into one was very disorderly. They didn’t have anyone telling you who to merge behind. This resulted in cars that ordered ahead of me actually being behind me. Chick-fil-A avoids this simply by telling each car who to follow based on when you ordered.

Spent 50 minutes waiting for my drink. That's insane! And it was for a hazelnut hot chocolate that didn't taste like hot chocolate. Needed dairy free, and they gave me oatmeal like I asked for, but whipped cream on top. I waited so long that I just scraped it in the parking lot. My son's "Not So Hot" kids cocoa was just as hot as a regular hot cocoa so he could drink it for a while. One worker was just slowly wiping stuff down while one person slowly made drinks. Terrible, was my first time trying but I will not be back. Disappointed that I tipped, before I realized what a beating it was going to be. Spent 50 minutes waiting for my drink. That's insane! I like this coffee shop, but there are a few things that would help me rate it higher. The coffee is ok, not fantastic, but not bad. I strongly dislike that there is no menu. If you don't know what they have, you have no time no time to scan anything or download an app or pull up a website. A real menu would be fantastic. There is only a small menu board that lists a few items, like an ad for specials. Staff is always friendly and pretty quick. Second, I know the music is a fun thing, but I kind of wish it wasn't SO loud at the drive through window. It makes it hard for the staff to hear people, and hard to hear the staff. Loud music back a ways would be fine. Next, no where does it say there are sugar free options or other milks, unless you dig DEEP in the website faq. Limited selection on sugar free stuff at that. This brings me to the INSANE amounts of sugar in ALL of the drinks. We're talking in general 50-80s here, which is pretty darn high! I know not everyone cares, but it's quite a bit! I like this place when I'm craving a treat, but there are a few kinks. No menu is my biggest peeve though, strange choice.

The coffee is delicious. Everyone there is so nice and talkative. If there's a mistake they are quick to fix it and so apologetic. We made the switch and aren't looking back!

Love their coffee. I got a freeze and not for me but it was made well and my son drank it. I will stick with my hot coffee

Always great service! We ordered the Double chocolate mocha freeze with whip topping and Cocomo Freeze with soft top. Love the flavors!
