We visited back to back in two days. First time we got hot hazelnut truffle mocha and cold golden eagle. Second time because we liked the coffee and thought golden eagle might be better hot ( we were right). Coffee is delicious. Temperature was not hot both times. Coffee needs to be hot! Hence the one star. Second star I took away for service! I should take two for service! It’s bad!! It took us 35 minutes in the drive through line and 40 minutes from is window! I don’t know what their process is but it’s not efficient! Even when one person is taking orders outside it’s ridiculously slow!! Just for that reason I will be thinking multiple times before going back! No matter how great the coffee tastes, the service and temperature takes it down several notches for me! Much improvement needed in those areas!
A great team of good folks & tasty coffee. My son loves their kids hot chocolate. The staff is always nice at this location. I have not been to other locations, as this one is always wonderful!
At 1:47p.m., I got in line ... there was only one worker, which I didn't understand. The service was mind numbingly slow. I know that Dutch Bros is not known for speedy service, but this service was moving at a glacial pace. And there was no explanation or apologies for the service. The workers were nonchalant and really didn't seem to care. I am not sure I will return. I exited the line, finally, 25 minutes later! The coffee was okay but not worth waiting 25 minutes okay.
Wonderful service! I'm practically a regular there and the employees are always nice and courteous, some even recognize me and ask me about what's happening and such. And as always, a great menu (I recommend any freeze, and the Trixie green tea is my favorite right now).
I use to be a Starbucks drinker EVERYDAY but since Covid has me working from home I don't feel the need to leave the house just for coffee.... While out and about I decided to finally give Dutch Bros a try. The customer service was GREAT and the young man asked what SB drink I typically ordered. I told him I am a Caramel Machiatto girl so he recommended a similar drink. (Can't remember the name)😫🤦🏾♀️🤷🏾♀️..... I liked the fact that it was only $5.00 instead of the $9.83 I usually spend at SB, as for the taste.... It was just OK.... I haven't been back! Maybe next time I'll try a cold coffee drink instead.
Got coffee for my kids and it was good, but the experience was sub par. I stopped by after picking up an HEB order. They're always crazy busy and this time it didn't look so bad so I stopped in. Before a menu was even visible to me, someone walked up to take my order. She asked what she could get me and I explained it was my first time so I wasn't sure. All she said was "ok." No suggestions or trying to help out by asking what I normally like. The girl seemed to have zero personality. She had a very flat tone like she wasn't really interested in being there or taking my order. It seemed like i was holding her up so I basically just ordered the first thing I saw on the website. The wait was way too long for the size of the line too. I definitely won't return to this location and I guess I'll study the menu online before I try any others

Plenty of milk, very little coffee. For what a drink costs, u can buy ur own gallon of milk. It’s a shame u pay for coffee but get so little coffee.
