Stopped in today and was impressed. It was a on the busy side, but the staff was able to get everyone taken care of without a long wait. We ordered a regular latte and a latte with a shot of Mexican vanilla and enjoyed them while strolling through the scenic Pearl where it is located. The staff was friendly and the prices are actually not bad. Very comparable to most premium coffee shops. If you find yourself in the historic Pearl brewery and are wanting a good coffee, give them a try.

Was very excited to try their coffee as I heard all the hype from my friends, was utterly disappointed. Employees were very impatient and basically try to rush you out as soon as possible, I wasn’t able to order something I would enjoy drinking. I Took a few sips and unfortunately threw it out right after, the art on it was very nice though. The store has a nice atmosphere and sitting space, but I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

The coffee was good and atmosphere is nice. Great spot to grab a coffee and get some work done or study. The area outside has plenty of tables.

This is a quaint coffee shop. Very quiet even with a line of customers. The baristas are personable, sweet and quick with your order. Definitely a place comfortable enough to study. The tea is loose-leaf and steeped to perfection. Must try the Peach Blossom.

I had a latte with dark chocolate syrup (they don't have traditional, run of the mill syrup flavors) and it was delicious!
My only regret is I didn't try the seasonal syrup flavor.

Excellent coffee shop off Broadway with room inside to read or relax. They have an assortment of coffees and goodies. Stop by and have a coffee and a muffin.

This place is a hidden gem by the river walk if you are in downtown.
This place has really amazing coffee and the ambiance is for sure extraordinary for an a study or work.
I loved the rustic look of their tables and benches. Make sure to have a coffee if you walk by pearl Brewery.

Coffee is ok, friendly service. Americano $3.50. Pretty busy place but nice environment.

This place was a classy find. I've heard people rave about the Pearl, so decided to check it out. Found out about this place, and I would recommend. Great house coffee with the option to have it in a mug instead of a paper cup. Serene outdoor seating right in the heart of the Pearl. If you're looking for a place to read a book with a cup of coffee on a nice day, this is a good option.

Located on a convenient corner, Local Coffee was buzzing with business as it should on a Sunday. Although the line was going out the door, service was smooth with a touch of a friendly vibe. The smell of quality coffee and tea was pleasant and not over baring upon arrival. The bar gives you a clear view of the workstation. My only issue was cleanliness but they were insanely busy. I feel that at the time of ordering that the cashier could mention, "do you need condiments?". I had to ask for Splenda from the young lady in the zone making coffee to grab some for me. I felt that disturbed her flow. She kinda glitched when asked for sweetener. Ordered one hot drink and one cold. The turmeric ginger Chai was perfectly balanced. I did fear the ginger and Chai would fight in the spicey department, nope. Even the temp was perfect. Then I had the dark chocolate almond ice coffee. BRO it was like chocolate milk for adults. I added two Splenda because the dark chocolate was dark lol does that make sense. Anyway if I lived close by they wouldn't be able to keep me away.
