Local Coffee

Chai latte my favorite!! Happy we stopped in and sat a bit before continuing our pursuit of fresh organic veggies! The variety of espresso, coffee, lattes, pastries and cafe seating inside and outside is very inviting. The floor to ceiling windows let in light gently and allow for great views of all that is going on in and around Local Coffee. Feels good💕

Friendly knowledgeable service staff. Delicious pour over from Merit Roasters for me and latte for my lady. Merit coffee was fresh, fruity, light and perfect.

Local coffee is definitely one of my top favorite coffee shops in San Antonio!!! Not only because the coffee is good, but because of its location and relaxed vibe. If you haven’t stopped by this place yet...I don’t know what you’re waiting for.

I brought the Little Lady with me while running errands and we just loved the French Macaroons and hot chocolate! We enjoyed our goodies outside where she was able to play on a decent sized grassy area! We will be back soon!

Aside from parking at the Pearl ,which is expensive and an obnoxious money grab, this is a great place to sit and sip a great cup of coffee

I was able to stop at this location during a work trip to specifically to pick up some Elixir Specialty Coffee brews. I had an excellent time chatting with Kyle (barista on bar) during my visit!

Local Coffee & Merit Roasting Co are doing it RIGHT!
The Ethiopia Girma Eshetu pourover was delicious! And the Elixir brews were a new coffee experience in themselves! Texas is being represented very well. Keep it up y'all!

I previously enjoyed coming here to grab a brew and study but was suddenly turned away but two female employees last time I came through. I’m unsure if this was miscommunication as I’ve set up at this location before. Regardless, I had to leave empty handed and find another place to grab a drink. Please consider being more bike friendly in the future for customers who commute on two wheels. We’re trying to promote a cleaner, more active city, while support local business. That’s hard to do when those businesses don’t return the favor.

Great coffee, nice place. The staff was a little cold, all seemed bothered. I have a team of 20 ,I tell them Fake it till you make it. Bad day put a smile on your face regardless

The Mexican Vanilla Latte is excellent!
I like the Affogato, not too sweet with a pleasant bitter note. 😊 Pleasant atmosphere.
