I had a punch card to try different coffees for $2. I tried using it today but told they no longer accept it. There’s no expiration date on the card. I haven’t had enough of your coffee to know if I truly like it more than others. Thought that punch card was a great idea. I rather pay full price at the Starbucks across the street. I was the only one in line, so I kindly told them I’ll pass on their coffee and went across the street.

We got two Carmel Truffles .. one Iced and one Hot!

We also got a chocolate chip cookie which they warmed up for us. The edges were crispy and it was nice and gooey in the middle!

The staff was super nice and we enjoyed the Afro beats as we sat outside!

Honestly, hands down the best coffee shop in Pearland. The drinks are consistently made the same unlike some of its competitors. The customer service is always A1. I recently had some family members with me for my morning coffee run and they referred to Black Rock as the Chic-Fil-A of coffee shops. The inside has a great ambiance and the light fixtures are one of my favorite touches to the inside. Thank you to the Pearland Black Rock team for always being friendly and fast! PS: keep the pumpkin bread year round 😉

One thing you need, to be successful at customer service, is a staff that pays attention to the customer. When a coffee costs almost $7.00 for a cup half the size of a similar option at Starbucks, you would expect the staff to make your drink exactly how you like it. Today, a coffee was ordered, but the staff neglected to make it as requested. When the coffee was brought out, a staff member noticed the mistake, but nothing was done to correct it. To keep from making a scene, I simply walked out with it, and tossed it in the trash. You cant charge high prices but not listen to the customers requests, it just don't work. Also, the staff member that is at the register, needs to smile, needs to be energetic, this has to be fixed!

Good customer service and appreciate the variety of non dairy milk. My only negative would be the consistency of how the drink is made. Every time I've ordered a drink it's tasted different. 🥴 I'm sure things will get better with time. Go check them out.

Made a quick stop this afternoon through the drive thru. The order screen wasn't working but an employee immediately came out to take my order. By the time I drove around my order was already done! I really enjoyed my medium iced latte with oatmilk and a sausage cheese jalapeno kolache, with toasted sesame seeds on top.

Both of my interactions with the workers were very lighthearted, friendly and helpful. The employee who took my order asked great questions about size, milk, flavors, etc. And the worker at the window seemed to also really enjoy their job. We chatted for a couple minutes and then I realized I was probably messing up their drive thru time so I left.

It's much easier to enter the drive thru by going around the right side of the building and slowly curving into it than trying to do a turn from the left side.

Definitely will be back! 🖤🖤
