Black Rock Coffee Bar

I pass by here everyday and have always been curious about their coffee! Went in the very first time, love the spacious space and decor. Many options of coffee , drinks and pastries! The lady is very friendly and explains to me some of her recommendations. I appreciate being able to request the sweetness level of the drink.

Have not eaten their food. I was there one afternoon this past summer and their display doors were not closed and a few flies were all over the pastries. This winter large selection of pastries and they look good and it's very clean inside the display case. Drinks have been very good, they are accommodating to all your specific requests and service has been very good. Atmosphere is very welcoming and clean.

The coffee was smooth and the London fog was excellent. The breakfast sandwiches were fresh and good. Great, fun service person. Used the drive thru, but liked the atmosphere.

Delivery orders are not started until the driver arrives. The workers won't help drivers who don't wait in line. Even though our customers ordered before everyone there already. Don't hit highschool lunch rush, delivery orders will take 30min or more.

It's fine to start it when the driver gets there, but we shouldn't have to be waiting in line for something that has already been ordered.

amazing service, love going to this location and getting a jalapeño breakfast sandwich and a white out! The staff is friendly and the lobby is perfect for a study session!

A great place to have a coffee break while driving thru Eugene. They have a good selection of syrups for those of us that like flavored lattes. A good tea selection as well. Free wi-fi and very clean environment.

Nice environment and seating. The menu consisted of very conventional and low quality ingredients. It’s a bigger chain style cafe but would be great if the smoothie was made from real fruit, and if there could be an organic coffee option. Was glad they had a bottle of pure orange juice.

We ordered from them door dash brought most everything! Not having a phone number published to deal with these things is a lack of integrity on the owners part

Love the shaken espresso and their coffee in general. Also, thank you for having gluten free options for pastries.

I love blackrock coffee but The fact that I can’t add sugar to my americano online order is ridiculous. I would have placed an order and called but no numbers listed to make sure they can add sugar.
