Barista at the window and taking my order was nice, and repeated back my order correctly. Unfortunately the barista who made my order did not do Light Ice despite what the barista at the window told me.

Feels like the "Cheers" show that was popular many years ago! I'm known by name and greeted that way :)

Relaxing ambience, superb coffee selections, great service.

I've brought many first time friends and they are as delighted as I have been.

Can't say enough good besides that it's the Cool Groovy coffee place now in our beloved River Road area!

From the very beginning when they very first opened and I have my very first black rock coffee and experience with the most amazing friendly staff I got to know very well after becoming very dependent on that amazing coffee and service! I wish I had a better memory to remember everyone's names but Darren Megan Kenny Cheyenne and all of you whose faces made so many of my hard really rough days so much much better you couldn't have known! You are always so good to me and still are when I'm able to come through which is rare now but every time I'm so happy to see a reoccurring :-) amongst the newcomers working there! I miss you all the original crew who have moved on to other parts of the world and life🤍❤️🤍❤️🤗🌻

My new favorite coffee place. The coffee is always good, never burnt, and the staff is always nice without being overwhelmingly friendly and talkative (like some 'popular' places around here). If you like coffee, you'll like this place.

I love Black Rock! The staff is always super friendly and some how always remember my order even though I go occasionally, I am always greeted by a kind familiar face! The coffee is always amazing and a breakfast bagels are also excellent! You guys make my day every time I see you and I appreciate you all so much! Thank you for being the best coffee shop in Eugene!

My fiancé and I have come here a couple times a week for the past month via the drive thru— we can both attest the espresso is delicious and the drinks are consistent. 😊We’re always impressed with how warm the staff is too.

Large variety of food and drink, easy parking and location, great staff and lots of indoor/outdoor seating options. However, the Matcha Latte is really bad! The house coffee and food was delicious though!
