Friendly staff and really knowledgeable too because they know their products. Very minimal waiting time because they are very efficient. Conveniently located right off the River Road strip just outside of Santa clara. Outstanding coffee! Easy 5 ⭐

Reminds me a lot of dutch brothers. Great atmosphere and workers but horrible coffee. I got a late that was room temperature with zero foam. It seemed like they microwaved/heated it up rather than actually steaming and frothing it. Tasted like sugary water with a hint of milk.

Their breakfast sandwiches are absolutely disgusting. I don't know how someone tasted those (worse than) gas station sandwiches and said "yes, charge 5$"

Their coffee is okay, it's nothing different than what I would expect at the other quick stop coffee shops, but definitely at an elevated price point.

Hard skip.

Good quality refreshments and atmosphere but music is was too loud at 83 db "loud vacuum cleaner level" and not nearly enough power outlets "I only saw one and out of reach of table's." Handicap friendly bathroom, ramp, 1 parking spot but parking lot has extremely uneven terrain. Red chairs have a fixed width "not wide hip friendly" and if you lean back you start sliding.

Great coffee. Service is superb. Staff is very professional and friendly. Spacious place for work meetings or just hanging out. WiFi speed is good. I love the light in this place. Highly recommend.

I needed a place to hang out for a few hours and chose BRC. It was comfy and the service was super fast. WiFi bandwidth was 1mbps.

Treat yourself to a great cup of coffee. Their Chillers are great when the temp gets above 70!

I feel bad leaving this review but it needs to be said. I have been to this black rock maybe 7 times out of those 7 times I have received correctly made drinks maybe twice which I believe is very pour service from a place with such a high review and recommendation. Personally I will not be spending money here any longer till this issue is resolved.

Great place to get coffee and chill for a while. Since I discovered this place, I've made it one of my top places to study. Friendly, helpful baristas, good coffee, lots of comfortable seating. Definitely worth checking out!
