This place rocks! A group of 10 of my friends and I spent all day driving up from Navojoa Mexico today, and we stopped here to get some coffee after dinner. The service was absolutely fantastic! Our server (Celly? I kind of forgot her nameđ ) was great. She managed to take all of our orders, keep the drive thru running all by herself, and she kept up the cheeriest attitude while doing it. The drinks tasted amazing, the place looked stellar, and I would highly recommend it!

Bree and Noah are awesome! They made my Mint chip chiller PERFECTLY! I love that they also have Diversity with their employees. The other Black rock locations Have a certain "TYPE" of Ethnicity that have for their staff. This one is my Favorite location most friendly location!

I placed an order for pick up when I got there after receiving a notification my order was ready the guy explained that it printed out blank and he showed me he apologized and asked for my order and made my two drinks. I laughed so hard because his face was so confused as to why it happened. I have no idea. But the coffee was amazing! Got my husband drinking coffee with me again it was so great. (He's not a coffee drinker anymore but the sudden cold weather made him go for it) now we've been here a few times!

The drive thru microphone never works, which they use as an excuse for taking orders at the window. For each and every car...
Coffee is ok, not worth the ridiculous wait times.

The dude that worked the evening of Jan 17th... doesn't know, but we are just now best friends. Not only did he hook me up on my first experience at this coffee shop but he walked me through to get me the perfect beverage, the Irish coffee. It was not only delicious, hot, but not too hot, but it gave me the much needed energy to take on the rest of the work I had left to do this evening. some hero's just don't wear capes.
Dude was a rockstar, coffee was perfect and the price cant be beat for what you get. 10/10 would recommend.

Workers are friendly, but câmon Corporate - fix the speaker box at drive thru; you made me late to work bc youâre cheap. Like you donât make enough money to have proper working conditions??? 𤨠yeah, I wonât be coming back. Itâs been âbrokenâ for months. Get it together.

Went to this location for the first time and got horrible service the girl that was there this morning looked like she didn't even want to be there got no good service no smile nothing. Was told the drink I wanted she couldn't make it blend only iced. We won't be returning to this location.

My go to spot when I want something different then what I have at home. The Caramel Blondie is by far the best drink. Add some vanilla to really bring it up another level.
