First time getting a coffee from PJ's Coffee I was a little confused about what comes in their coffee as well the ingredients first off when I walked in the young lady give me one second, I begin to ask a question about coffee and I asked her what comes in the coffee are with the coffee and she said what do you mean. Customer service was very rude after I did however order my coffee my coffee had a lot of grain cream in it I gratefully returned my coffee for a full refund will not ever return here you know sometime people are often treated better based on their appearance as to whether are not they have a scarf on their head are it could be the person that ethnicity always remember the customer has the purchasing power

Ambience is nice, freshly baked beignet and drinks was delicious too! Customer service is also fantastic. I just wish they would label the drinks especially when you order a lot.

Vibe- Indoor and outdoor seating, they even have a few magazines and games to play while you dine in

Customer service- Great!

Food/drinks- I love their matcha latte. The baristas also feature their drinks on a board near the register

Parking- Plenty!

I love supporting this small business! 💚

EDIT-05/22/22
*Just found out that they charge you $1 extra if you request lite ice for any beverage or coffee drink. Also the price goes up depending on your cup size. I've never had a coffee shop do this so I was pleasantly surprised. I mean how much extra "product" are you really going to add by omitting a little bit of ice? So if you order anything with lite ice just know you will get an extra charge unfortunately. Starbucks doesn't charge for lite ice.......just saying. :)

First timer here!!! Got the peppermint bark iced latte per recommendation and of course their beignets and spinach feta croissant! I will say the latte was spot on! 10/10! I got it with oat milk and one less pump of peppermint and it was perfect. Beignets were delicious too. Feta spinach croissant was good but slightly undercooked! Kelly was amazing and her customer service was spectacular! Can’t wait to come back and visit regularly! Loving the coffee and the outside seating. Thank you all!!!😃😄

I tried PJ's coffee for the 1st time, the coffee latte tastes great, I love it and will be back soon. The staffs were quick and friendly. I brought my own cup but like their purple cups as well.

I usually go through the drive through and get the strawberry rose iced latte. But today, I went inside and worked. The atmosphere was great for focus. The music wasn't blaring and it's bright and energetic inside. I think I'll make this a weekly thing.

My experience at PJ’s was a great one! The baristas had delicious recommendations. The beignets were so hot, fresh and addictive!! They had the perfect amount of flakiness, dough thickness and powdered sugar. The owner was there during my visit and he was very helpful and hospitable. They had several seating options to choose from for possible coffee house meet ups with friends and others.

Update March 2022: Happy to see the place booming with in-store, takeout and curbside. WiFi was a nice high speed even with quite a few customers. Coffee still great as is the staff.

Great Pearland outpost of the NOLA coffee house with comfortable ambience for a strip center. Owner is on-site and super friendly. She knows her Keto and will help you stay on plan (read no cookies or muffins). I like this place because the music isn't blasting so one can still make calls without the disturbance. Only suggestion is to add outlets by the bench seating. The living room setup has modern plugs with direct USBs. Oh, internet is speedy. Clocked it multiple times around 70. Nice!

I went in for a regular cup of Joe, no one was attending the front counter for at least 10 minutes no bell to ring to alert for service . Then once the two employees came from the back, the young man came out to service the drive through. Finally the young lady came out, it was 7:00 pm and she stated that it was late so they weren’t making coffee anymore, I didn’t want a latte so I told her never mind and proceeded to leave, she then said that she could make a pour over in which she did, it was cold, it didn’t taste like coffee it taste like water AND it was almost 5.00. I told her it was cold she deeply ignored me I should have left when i saw that her energy wasn’t compatible to mine. The beignets were amazing though.

Motherhood Unchained

My family does not drink Starbucks, this is typically where I will send my husband to grab the family coffee and breakfast. Today I went myself, the service I received, in front of my two small children I’ll add, was deplorable. The young woman was almost cruel in the attitude she took with me. After I had placed my order, my 2 year old asked if he could have a biscuit. I then asked “hi there, I’m so sorry, you guys wouldn’t happen to have biscuits would you?” She responded, “no, we don’t have that.” I said okay! Is there anything similar. “No, we don’t have nothing. All we have is bagels” I said, “okay, I believe you guys may have croissants, could we please just have one of those?” She closed the window and yelled to the back for someone to bring her a croissant. I was made to feel so bad for asking for a piece of bread for my child. To top all of this off, the drink that I had ordered came incorrectly, so I simply said, “oh no, that looks like the wrong drink I’m so sorry, I get this all the time.” She responded, “it’s what you asked for!” With the worst attitude ever. Still insisting that I take it. When it was clear that I wasn’t going to she asked, “so, what, do you want me to remake it?!” I hesitantly said yes please and tried to hand the other back. She refused to take it and closed the window. She then returned to “ask for the drink back” which I tried to pass to her and she somehow couldn’t reach it and let it splatter all over the ground and my suv. After this she exclaimed “oh wow, you did not have to do that!” As though I had thrown this drink at her. It was truly a horror show and I couldn’t even ask for a manager because I had absolutely no confidence that there was one in there with the way this young lady was behaving publicly.
