Black Rock Coffee Bar

We went to the drive-thru at 6:40. There were three cars in front of us. The drive-thru speaker was broken it prompts you to pull forward. When we finally got to the window at 7:01 we were told they were closed. I understand they close at 7 but we were in line for well over 15 min. I'm absolutely stunned at the poor customer service. They need to have the speaker cut people off so they do not sit in line like we did. The right thing to do would have been to wait on the three remaining cars in the line. I will never go back here again and it was our favorite place in Pearland.

This was my first time trying this place out after it opened to the public, the drinking are amazing and the ppl who work here are very friendly and are always going to talk to you as you wait, they are very attentive to the customers to see if they need anything. The drinks here feel more healthier than Starbucks honestly. I always passed this place all the time to Starbucks but never really set my mind on trying something new aside from drinking Starbucks. So I gave this place a go and we'll what do you know I think this is my new to go place lol. The only thing this gave a 4 star outa 5 was the Kalachi's, the cheese inside it wasn't so melted but it was hot, I think it's just the type of cheese probably needs a more melty type of American cheese for it. But above all that It definitely hit the ballpark to an Extraordinary 5 Star outa 5✨️

Excellent coffee place. I enjoy going by there and getting an Americano. Excellent service. And really interesting drinks. The buttercup one for Spring was interesting and delicious!

Wanted to try this coffee spot, but arrived at 5:32 and the doors are locked. Website says they’re open until 7! This is why places can’t stay in business. It’s such an inconvenience when you look up their hours prior to commuting, but end up wasting your time driving there to find it closed or the doors locked! I’ll continue to go to Starbucks next door, they’re consistent.

I work early in the morning and needed a pick me up. Not many options open at 5:30am.

Walked in, place was empty but a nice batista greeted me. He provided great customer service even through my scatter-brained ordering. Wish I got his name to give him a proper shout out. If a manager/owner reads this, the employee who opened this morning (01/22/23) was awesome; kind, chill and very informative.

The decor inside was awesome, loved the colorful industrial look. I had never heard of Black Rock Coffee Bar before, but glad I tried something new! Fantastic replacement for Starbucks (basic IK), Blackrock coffee is the 1st coffee that actually tasted good to me. I highly recommend this place.

My absolute favorite coffee place!!! The coffee is consistent and tastes so good. Every time I come here the staff is friendly and welcoming. The overall vibe is nice to come chill for a bit.

One of the best coffee shop in town. This is my new favorite place to go. And I would purposely drive thru just to have a jump start for my day.

Service is so good, the drive thru window each time we had different staff, every time we ask new items, they are patient and have great advise.

However caramel truffle caught my heart, it is fantastic, the sweetness is just right for me, and it's fully located, I can smell the coffee bean far away from the drive thru. Even though the Cal. is high but who care, just love the taste.

super watered down iced americano (beware of how much ice they put, you get half of what you order). Ordered from Uber eats and they did not add any creamer, basically was sweet water.

Service was awesome and coffee was yummy! Love the options for kids and ability to swap milk choices. Will definitely be back to try more soon!

Nice place with friendly staff. The kids loved the Oreo & Strawberry shakes and actually finished them. I got the Caramel Truffle, which was okay. I prefer my frappes to be more of a smooth, creamy flavor. These seem to be stronger on the ice or I’m just not a big fan of the ice cream used. Glad we got to finally try it.
