We came on a Sunday afternoon and the place was pretty empty. I did notice the drive thru stayed busy throughout our visit. The inside is nice and modern with plenty of seating. There are a few small tables and two large community style seating areas. I saw a table playing board games, not sure if they got it there. The music was on point, almost felt like I was in the club!
I've only visited one of their other locations and ordered the hot Caramel Blondie. I had just came from a pretty rich lunch and wanted something sweet and dessert like, so they suggested a blended Caramel Blondie. I'm not usually a frappe kind of guy, but this drink was everything I was hoping for. It was just the right amount of sweet for me and was perfectly blended without and chunks of ice. The mix of caramel and white mocha was delicious and very satisfying. They have a nice variety of drinks like hot or cold coffees, teas, chillers, energy drinks and so on. They also have small amount of pastries as well.
Overall, great spot that I can see myself coming back to!

Tried this out for the first time with the family, been meaning to and Starbucks line was crazy. We received our drinks with no issues, they offer military discount, so it was a plus for me. Overall, I enjoyed the cappuccino, kid's loved the hot cocoa and whatever sweet drink the wife ordered, she chugged it. I recommend this place as a must try. Will be returning.

Tried one of their most popular drinks, the Caramel Blondie, which is blended coffee. It was nice. Not overly sweet.
It's nicely decorated. Cool artwork on the walls. They have a drive-through and provide indoor & outdoor seating. Several people were there working on their laptop.
Overall, it's a nice spot to come grab a Iced or blended drink and just do some work or a read a book.

This is my second time trying out this place. I ordered the white mocha and it tasted very underwhelming. To be honest it barely tasted like coffee and it kind of tasted watered down. Their is also a lot of sugar in their drinks to where it’s too much. When I drunk it I thought to myself that I should’ve just gotten a Starbucks iced mocha glass drink that are sold at stores. The staff was ok. They could’ve tried to be nicer and they could’ve spoke to me when I first walked in.

I really enjoyed this coffee shop. I used to visit the Westchase location. This go around I had the butter latte. I think that’s the name. It was really good! And not too much caffeine. The dining area is very airy and inviting. I will visit again.

Wanted someplace other than Starbucks to get some work done, so this place looked good. I came in & service was slow. Tables are set for shared work space, but most are dirty. Forget about conversations, zoom meetings or concentration because the music was deafening. Left after about 10 minutes. Decent coffee, but seems like they don’t want anyone to stay very long.

Staff: super friendly
Hot cocoa was yummy.
White chocolate mocha was GREAT!
Blueberry muffin had the perfect batter/blueberry ratio.
Will visit again soon.

So I like the coffee and the flavors are great but what I don't like is the consistency. I've been there several times and have dealt with a variety of workers and some are willing to make the effort and help me when I order certain drinks sugar free but several times I've just been told no including by a manager and that they can only give me almond or coconut milk to reduce the sugar in the drink. I'm at point where I usually just go to Starbucks or The Drink Station because I can get what I like how I like. I do thank the workers who have gone above and beyond for me and if it was just about regular, from the menu coffee and drinks I would've given 5 stars.

Drive through was easy, quick, professional. The gentleman that took my order was very professional and made a Bada** Mexican mocha coffee. The lady at the drive through helped me sign my husband up for birthday rewards and was very kind and helpful. The inside looked super cool from what I could see. I will be bringing them my money from now on instead of the competitors. Thanks guys!

I always get great service here, and the drinks are mostly good. It just sucks that the environment is not great for studying. If their sliding door isn't open, then they keep the temperature freezing inside. Then the music is always blasting so loud you can hear it through your noise canceling headphones. You can't even hold a conversation in there.
I've been going here for a couple of months now and has been my experience. It wasn't just one time and I've given this location a chance. You're better off going to Starbucks or PJs if you need to study at a coffee shop.
