Really wonderful customer service, and the great atmosphere. The food was high-quality. They have jazz bands here and other entertainment in the evening, and a great way to get out and someone new. There’s a full bar With an prohibition style cocktails.

Fun atmosphere and friendly staff! They even have a robot waiter that brings food to the table! We got the Migas plate and the corned hash plate. We also got the Nutella cappuccino, very tasty! A tad pricey for the size of plate but tasted well!

I’ve been here twice now and recommended making a reservation on busy days! But it’s always been great! Love the sweet potato hash with bacon. The Israeli dish they have is super tasty.. and their sweet potato pancakes are a MUST!

It was my first time here and it was a fun experience. Loved the drink choices and the ambience. If the wait staff wore 1920's clothes and they played music from the Era I would rate it 5 star.

I love walking into restaurants I never knew existed, finding one more reason to love where I live!

Layered's menu takes traditional dishes and adds a Middle Eastern flare. Turning something as simple as pancakes into Polenta Pancakes , or adding jalapenos to sweet potato hash (who would have ever thought of that?). The menu goes on! Each dish has simple touch that transforms the dish all together!

When we asked our waitress for what she recommended, she said "you really can't go wrong with anything on the menu." She wasn't kidding!!!

If you're ever in McKinney downtown check out later out Layered! Totally recommend this place for brunch as well! #mimosas

Great breakfast options and coffee! The dolche iced coffee was perfect, not too sweet and strong. My favorite food option was the sweet potato hash! Super favorable.

Cute place to grab brunch in historic McKinney. Mimosas were good. There are not a lot to choose from if you're looking for bread-free options. I had the shakshuka and it was alright. I added bacon which was an extra charge, but I can guarantee there wasn't even an entire slice of bacon in it. The two girls I was with are everything in their plates, so it must've been good. I wouldn't choose to visit again strictly because of the bread-heavy menu.

We really like coming here for brunch and breakfast any day of the week! It has such a nice vibe and atmosphere which makes you want to keep coming back for more! The staff are so nice and welcome too!
We’ve tried the sweet potato hash (forgot to click a picture), vegan hash (for spice lovers), polenta pancakes (half portion), spicy chicken sandwich, breakfast sandwich with bacon, the shakshuka with feta and olives (may not have it again) the variety toast with smoked salmon and strawberry cream cheese! For drinks we tried the, Nutella latte and dolce. The food is made with so much quality and love and tastes so fresh too! We were also greeted by “Bella” their serving machine!

This place was awesome! The shakshuka skillet was great! And the way our food was delivered to the table via the Bella Bot was so cool. The restaurant also has a cool secret, but l'll let y'all figure that out. 😉 I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to try out a breakfast spot in Downtown McKinney.

Wow. I want to go back for every meal. Went for brunch and had sweet potato hash. It was the perfect blend of savory, sweet and spicy. Their portions are just right not too much or too little. The Jam for toast is like a cousins to jam but better. It tastes very fresh. My mouth is watering again. So good.

They have a robot that delivers food to the informer tables. Sadly we were in the patio and too far for it.
