Dutch Bros Coffee

OMG, I am so happy we finally got a location near me (nothing but starbucks within 15 mile radius, 6 locations). The staff are extremely friendly, nothing but good experiences.

Friendly, cheerful people. If you go on a regular basis they get to know you and what you drink (if you get the same drink all the time like some people I know). They chat with you while they are getting your drink ready do you don't feel like you are just a customer, or an interruption in their day. During busy times, they have someone getting orders and relaying them back to the people making them so the wait doesn't feel so long.

I’m usually in a pretty good mood until I have to go through the line at this Dutch…I’ve had several rude/passive aggressive comments made towards me by different employees. The vibes are just off at this location unfortunately.

My wife loves you! I'm too cheap and usually wait to get coffee at home- I agree with her that it is good. I appreciate the upbeat baristas, it staves off my inner curmudgeon.

Perfect coffee every time. Love the window conversations while I wait and the monthly stickers! Don't forget your sticker!!

I discovered Dutch Bros today and it was love as first sip. I've been a longtime patron of the mermaid and after today I will NEVER get coffee there again. The service was IMPECCABLE! No waiting for your coffee, no attitude from the barista, it was heaven. The hours are fantastic and there is rarely a wait from what I've seen. I'm sold on Dutch Bros in a big way.

This is my wife and Is favorite Dutch in Portland Metro, the ladys are always nice and remember me and my wife which we love.

My go-to coffee kiosk for when I'm heading to work, the girls are pretty accurate and willing to make it right if it's not. When you say extra sweet, they definitely do it!

This location and several others have a serious problem with getting orders right due to the extra loud music playing in the kiosk. I can understand music is conducive to a fun work environment, but when the volume level directly affects their ability to understand my order and the order is wrong when I get it, something needs to be done. Turn the music down when a customer is at the window and you won't have an issue with getting the order right.

The employees really get to know you if you go there often. They are always genuinely happy and friendly. The service is pretty fast and the coffee's they make ALWAYS taste fantastic! Like heaven in a cup!

I've been a customer at Dutch bros for 10 years, I started going to Dutch in hillsboro. When I moved to west linn the oregon city location became my go to place but after my last 2 visits I most likely won't visit this location again. Customer service is great, but this location lacks consistency with their drinks. I order the same thing every time I go to Dutch and I mean the same thing for 10 years. The last 2 visits my drink tasted awful, the first time I went back and they graciously made me another and apologized but the second time I felt irritated because the location is hard to get into. I just didn't have the time to go back and have it remade. If you use this location taste your drink before leaving the window.
