LOVE this place. Its me and my Besties go to. We love the coffee and get a sticker for each month we have been friends ! Cant wait for the 1st to get our next sticker!

bro I literally love you guys so much. My dad got an iced mocha, the thing is he wanted a mocha freeze but he didn’t even say that he just mis-spoke. He mouthed to himself/quietly spoke to himself saying “oh darn it I wanted a mocha freeze “and they heard him. These people gave him another mocha freeze for free. Are you kidding me ?!!! that is impeccable customer service I literally love Dutch Bros. Their coffee, their customer service, the warm welcome you feel when you pull up to the drive-through window, it’s overall just an amazing and impeccable experience. I 10 out of 10 recommend.

Dutch bros, service at this place was good. On this particular visit we got iced green tea. Very refreshing on a hot day. Dutch bros actually has great tea. They don't over brew it like Starbucks does, so it never gets bitter. I don't know if that because they use a different brand or something else, but they are my go to place for tea.

The coffee and rebel energy drinks are good and the service is truly great. The staff always have a smile and are cheery. There will almost always be a long line but with how many people work here, the lines go surprisingly fast.

I'm writing this not to discourage anyone from going here. But this particular weekend I was really looking forward to that coffee I so look to getting but it was filled only half way the other half filled with whip, and it was warm like it was sitting there too long. I would have been better off getting a blended.

Paid, including tip, $20 for two drinks, but since my 9-year-old daughter doesn't drink anything but water, I always get her a water at the same time. It used to come in a plastic Dutch Bros. cup, but not anymore - paper only. I even offered to pay for a child's plastic cup, but was told "no" by three different people, including the manager. When I made a complaint to their corporate headquarters. That got me a response from a customer service "bot", and they couldn't offer a solution where I could get a child's plastic cup without purchasing a child's drink. They offered a free drink, but that still didn't solve my simple issue. Poor customer service, and cheap and petty policies. They also used to give free drinks to fathers on Father's Day, but they did away with that once they got big enough. Sad.

Dutch Brothers is a good coffee shop, second in my order of shops. Black Rock is first, Dutch Bros is second, Human Bean a distant third, and Starbucks a very very low last. Starbucks barista asked me about my Race last time I was there, I am a Caucasian and Asian mix, I took offense at the question. Dutch Bros doesn't push some stupid agenda, they have good coffee for market price. The people that serve you are very good also, friendly and quick to serve.

I go to this location pretty much everyday. I go for the people mostly but the coffee is great as well! Everyone there is so nice and its nice how they always take the time to spark up a conversation about how my day is going or what I am up to that day. Everyone there has my coffee down and I don't even have to tell them what I want. I just want to give kuddos to everyone that works there. Keep doing what you are doing you are all wonderful employees and Dutch Bros is lucky to have you all there. :)

Two lanes, both filled with 4 to 5 cars ahead of me, and still the wait was minimal. Someone came out to help me within seconds of pulling up, and when I pulled up to the window to get my order I was treated like an old friend.

I ordered two large mochas. They were hot and stayed hot till I got back to the family, who by the way loved them.

I'll be back to Dutch Bros before I go to any other coffee shop. Great job and great coffee!
