Dutch Bros Coffee

Greatest coffee and people ever. The owner has a heart of gold and was on undercover boss doing what he does best "change people's lives" i used to be a Starbucks fan until I had real coffee that is naturally roasted and not burned. No offense to Starburns but I went Dutch!

My experience is always pleasant when I go to Dutch Bro's. Today I really needed some coffee, as I have been bed ridden for a couple day's due to medical issues, so I really needed the energy to be able to accomplish my studying. As I ordered my drink and waited to pay, I realized I didn't have my debit cards, my husband had taken them the day prior to go run some of my errands for me. I was so concerned and embarrassed by this and the fact that I couldn't pay for my drink. The girl at the window gave me the drink for free and assured me that we all have these type of days and that it was on her today. I was so thankful and grateful for the service I received from her, I wish I had gotten her name. She deserves to be recognized for her kindness and great customer service. This is not the only reason I am writing this review. Dutch Bro's has always taken care of me, even if they were busy and happened to make my drink wrong, they are always eager and happy to make me a new one. That's the amazing customer experience I have everytime I go to a Dutch Bro's.

Fast, friendly service along with great coffee will definitely start your day off right. I recommend the emergency 911. Summer time I get it blended, but it is a good hot drink as well.

Make sure you double check your drink orders when ordering from here. Used to go here more often but lately I've been getting completely different drinks even though they look similar.

Love all the Dutch Bros coffees. Great customer service, great drinks. Just wish they carried soda's for the times I don't feel like a coffee, but everyone else does.

Are the prices too high? Yeah probably. But the service is ALWAYS stellar, and I seriously approve of this Oregon-based company's philanthropy. They've donated money to help fight COVID, rebuild from forest fires, and more. Employees seem happy to work there, and for many of them it's their first job.

The service was great the people were nice but the large black iced tea had no tea flavor and was way too sweet. It was like drinking straight simple syrup. After two sips I had to throw the rest away.

My friend and I got there and there was already a long line which was to be expected and I was not bothered by the line. The girl at the window was very friendly but too much. She was chatting with the car in front of us for about 20 minutes. When we pulled up to the window she was very nice, she asked what our order was and said she had it. Another 10 minutes goes by and she returns with our drinks (two Dutch sodas) the first drink she got correct but mine she got wrong. I let her know it wasn't what I order and then the second time brought me back another incorrect drink. Rather than wait another 5 minutes after already waiting about 35 minutes we decided to leave. Will not be coming back to this Dutch.

My coffee was fine but my mother ordered a decaf and it tasted horrible!!! It was undrinkable. Not in like a bitter or burnt taste but like a chemical or cleaning product taste. I'm a big dutch fan, I'll continue going to them but I won't be returning to that one. At least no time soon.

I already love DB to begin with, but my wife tells me stories of the service at this location and it is beyond excellent! Most recently, she bought a gift card and left without it. After a few days of looking for it, she went back to see if they had it. She barely started explaining what she was looking for and they said, "That was you? We've been holding it waiting for someone to claim it..." and they gave it to her.
If the wait in line is too long, they will give you a punch card with free punches already on it. They seem to be always looking for a way to make your experience a great one.
