Dutch Bros Coffee

Dutch bro’s coffee shops I have come across have always had the best costumer service. This location is the closest to my house and is always a great trip for the family. My little one gets the hot chocolate. My husband usually get black coffee while I pick a holiday or special drink.

This Dutch Bros are on point. If you have a girl that doesn't know what she wants they got you covered.

Back to our neighborhood Dutch here in Sherwood, after their recent remodel. Nice to see our regular crew again, though I need to say that the others in North Tigard and Newberg were GREAT as well. Guess when it comes down to it, there's no place like home!

Coffee is not bad. Their espresso is less acidic than Black Rock, which I prefer for Americanos and iced drinks. People at the window almost always engage conversation. So, depending on your desire for human interaction, this can be good or bad.

This morning I waited in line in my car and this one girl came to take my order and was rude and then was the same way when I pulled up to grab my drink. I didn’t have time to put my card in my wallet and put it back in my purse because she was handing me everything so fast.

I consider this location the "Gold Star" standard for what customer service should look like. Everytime I leave with a smile. I am as addicted to the experience as the coffee. I always feel like the only customer that matters from the time they come to take your order at your car (If there is a long line) all the way until they hand me my cup of heaven with an enthusiastic and contagious smile. If you are having a bad day, stop here. If the coffee doesn't cheer you up, the wonderful team will. Thank you all for such a wonderful experience.
