My husband ordered me a Large Blended Blondie without whip cream. The coffee tastes Very burnt has whipped cream in it and it has coconut milk and something else in it tastes nasty... like very gross đ (note my husband doesn't order coffee very often and didn't know what it was supposed to look or taste like... I took the pictures 10 minutes from when he got the coffee)

Iâve been coming here for the last couple months very often, like 2-3 times a week. Had the worst experience today in the drive thru. The barista knew the cup was leaking and tried to clean it up a bit before giving it to me and it still leaked all over my clothes and hands so I asked for napkins. She handed the napkins to me and I placed it in my cup holder and around the lid and it still leaked all over the place. Seriously? It doesnât have to be overfilled. Yes it was busy but you still should pour it in a new cup so it doesnât leak everywhere. All she did was say sorry and turn around instead of fixing it before handing it over to me. I have worked in food and customer service for over 8 years now and itâs just upsetting.

When we visited Oregon, this coffee shop was one of our favorites and one of places we came back to repeatedly.
Drinks are good and they have a wide selection of choices available, but their pastries are next level. We recommend the berry pop tart thing, which sounds stupid, but is undeniably incredible. They made the adult, gourmet version of something you canât eat anymore because youâre old and it hurts your teeth and it is awesome.

It's a nice little place with a non-burnt coffee. We decided to enjoy our beverages in store today. It wasn't overcrowded like other establishments can be. Was easily able to find seating and the drinks were ready in the expected amount of time. Getting in and out of the establishment could have been more of a challenge than it was considering the drive-thru all of the way around the building and nine times out of ten there is a line of cars surrounding the place.

The baristas here are always so kind and helpful. I had a problem with my drink at another location and they made it right. They always are so cheerful and have me leaving feeling in a better mood. Thanks for the consistently good drinks!

Sat behind 2 cars for over 15 minutesâŚ. No food was handed through the window, only a total of 4 drinks. Very confused what takes the baristas so long.
Also, the speaker box doesnât work and they donât have a menu at their window. Very dumb system, how do we know what to order or what is available? Because the speaker box wasnât.
Avoid unless you have 20+ minutes to waste⌠will not return

Black rock is a fine place to get coffee. The prices continue to increase, which I understand, but 6.10 for a medium coffee feels a little bonkers to me. The coffee is great 8 times out of 10 visits. Often they forget alternative milk which is probably the worst part about it. I'm too awkward to send the coffee back so I'll typically just drink it and suffer through.

Prices have gotten crazy. Over $7 for a beverage, and half of the time it's being made by somebody who's new or learning. Just went today and my coffee tastes like they reused the same coffee grounds multiple times. Feels like a huge disappointment considering the price point.

My favorite coffee shop. Quick drive thru and get what you ordered, usually no waiting.
Love, love, love Black Rock.

Super friendly staff and good location off Stark near Hogan. A little easy to miss if you donât turn soon enough. This is my favorite spot to grab my morning latte on my way to work.
