Black Rock Coffee Bar

Have you ever noticed that every coffee place has there own special menu. And special words and that if your used to one coffee place and you go to a new coffee place and try to use the same words from your old coffee place at your new coffee shop they don't respond and do what you expect them do with your drinks like the old coffee shop did so it leads to frustration!! And your thinking its a coffee shop they should be universal with there language but NO there not!!

So that was my frustration here and this Very Compassionate Manager here was helping me thru messenger messages. And I give this place a 5 star because the Manager really cares about there business and making sure the customers understand and are happy and when a order is wrong they try to fix it and Thank you for taking time to teach me too 😁.

4/10/22 Today we went there and I’m trying to loose weight for a up coming surgery so I needed to drink sugar free and I asked them if they had fruit flavored sugar free and they said yes that was exciting to hear cause the coffee shop down in wood village doesn’t. So she named a few like strawberry, peach, raspberry, and a few others. So I got a sugar free peach Italian soda no milk with whip cream and I just have to say how delicious it was!! I couldn’t even tell it was sugar free!! And I can give up milk but I still love my whip cream and a little won’t hurt me lol lol. I even thanked them for having sugar free fruit. My husband had Carmel blonder sugar free and he used milk substitute almond milk. And he liked his. He’s diabetic.

First time here. Came in for a drink before hospital visit for myself to take care of an unfortunate almost deadly incident to myself caused by some bad people and the girls there were very caring and helpful to help me pick out a very tasteful Italian soda😜 Thanks girls. I'll be back forsure💯 peach pomegranate i believe she said. Lol sure is bombbb❗❗❗

Favorite coffee place when we come to town. Consistently great coffee and service!

Ordered a cold brew today. Smelt like rotten eggs with every sip. Ended up throwing the entire drink in the trash. Nice service but awful cold brew and likely spoiled.

Wife likes it. Me not so much.

Great people great place. I love the blended mocha that they serve here. The only thing that kept me from rating it higher stars was the person who was prepping my bagel that I ordered. He wasnt wearing any vinyl gloves when handling the bagel and was also touching the order screen in the process.

I love black Rock. Everyone treats you very nice as your waiting for your drink they'll ask you about your day. They have away of turning a negative day into a good one with great coffee.

Great coffee place. Very cute interior. Drive through is usually pretty quick. Busiest time is obviously early morning, but back up seems to be longest around 7:15. It's a convenient location and the staff is always friendly.

Every time I go to Black Rock they are warm and welcoming and always call me by my name! Their sizes are awesome and quality is always great. The inside is welcoming and allows large groups to come and enjoy exh other's company! Thanks for the great coffee BR!
