Dutch Bros Coffee

This is literally the worst Dutch bros I have ever been to. The girl was super rude told me the drink I get everyday wasn’t a drink and argued with me about it instead of just listening to what I was saying to her. Then she gave me a kids size drink instead of what I ordered. I will NEVER go there again and I am calling the Dutch bros head quarters on them I will never go back there so unprofessional! Oh and the drink taste like melted ice cream in a cup with whipped cream not even coffee like I ordered… and this was this morning I went in on my way to the airport…. Never again!

Very bad customer service today. Whoever is opening at 11 am could do better at informing the 6 cars waiting in line that they are not open. When cars start honking, customers have to get out of their cars and walk in the back door to ask what's going on, then the workers rope off a lane and make everyone move that's bad customer service. Do better Dutch Bros.

If I could give them 20 stars I would. Dutch brothers is my absolute favorite!

Dutch Brothers never disappoints! I had never been to this location before, but needed a caffeine fix to finish my drive and this location was right on my way. Fast and friendly service as usual!

I’ve been going here for a few weeks to get my weekly drink and the staff is always lovely. They go fast and aren’t annoying or pushy, I could stop at other Dutch bros but I find this one to have the most welcoming crew on my way to work. The Monday morning crew is awesome!

I’m really confused on the inconvenience I must cause when I ask for whip cream on my 2 year olds straw. The eye rolls and slamming her drink down are uncalled for. The customer service at this location has gotten so bad I’d rather drive across town and go to the other one.

Kids love it, I think it is all too sweet and sugary. Can I just get black brewed or pressed coffee?

Dutch bros is typically the best drive thru coffee chain but this location has to be the WORST dutch bros i've ever been to. Annoying employees who ask the same questions over and over again ever time you try to stop by for a coffee. There's a difference between genuine quality service and asking insinceer rehearsed questions that management probably makes them say. "Any weekend plans?" "Whatchya doin' for thanksgiving" "Any plans for this afternoon?" "What's your favorite thanksgiving food?" "Cmon you gotta gave a favorite thanksgiving food!" "Any plans for this halloween?" What's your favorite candy?" "Doin anything FuN today?"........ OH MY F##K PLEASE JUST GIVE ME MY F#####G COFFEE FOR THE LOVE OF G O D.

Also lately they've been getting the orders straight up wrong, so it's safe to say I won't be going here anymore.

Our regular Dutch in Sherwood is in the process of a remodel. Missed my chai, so decided to stop by while near this one. They were great. Thanks!

I go to Dutch Bros several times week and this particular location charges .50¢ more then any other location I have been to… why?? The drink I got was second from the worst one ever. Not stopping by this location ever again!
