Today 12/20/22 visited at 10:40 am. My last experience (a week ago) was horrible but decided to give this location a second chance. This female with long blonde hair that was out taking orders was a nightmare. One of the lines was long so we drove around to the other one and she VERY visibly rolled her eyes at us. Then she asked if we we were buying gift cards, we said no, she got really short with us and was VERY rude. And she didn’t really ask, she more was like…”so you’re buying gift cards?” Rolled her eyes multiple times. We ordered and she scanned the app. We got to the window and the girl had cancelled our order and made it look like we ordered 15+ gift cards. So when we got to the window, there was confusion. I LOVE this Dutch and everyone has always been so kind, but this was ridiculous. I’ve been in contact with corporate but still leaving this review.

Always good. This is one of our favorite Dutch Bros, though others are good too. They move the lines quickly - learn what the regulars like, airways have a smile & seem to enjoy their work. Best coffee house! ❤️

Crew is more concerned with chit-chatting with their friends who come through than doing their job. There's a time and place for that, which is not when there is a line behind them who are being unnecessarily and inconsiderately kept waiting.
2nd encounter, same kid the crew is more interested in chatting with and ignoring their other customers as before. One team member attempted to justify the situation saying it's because there was a car ahead of him (the friend). 1st experience was at the window, no other cars ahead, so that excuse doesn't fly. Worst location, won't be coming back regardless of it being closer than my preferred store in Tualatin. Nothing wrong with chatting with a friend while at work, but very unprofessional when it's at the expense of helping your other customers.

Do not go to this duchbros. I asked for a caramelizer and extra caramel in it. There is no extra caramel in my caramelizer. That is not right. Listen to what people asked for. It feels like people in this duchbros do what they what to for people's drinks.
