Dutch Bros Coffee

So far I have been here a handful of times and nothing to complain about. Drinks have been great and employees don't treat you like a third grader and ask "dumb questions" like "if you could be any superhero who would you be or what would your super power be?". Every other location I have been to asks the same series of questions and it drives me nuts. I am an adult, not a child. This is the first one I have been to and I haven't been asked the series of questions, just real customer service. No forced engagement. If something is wrong I let them know and there is no hesitation to fix it and make it right.

I normally love going to Dutch and have an amazing time. But this time they seriously soured my mood. I paid $10 for 2 drinks on a gift card and when I was checking my balance later. I found out that they added $2 to my total. WITHOUT ASKING. We weren’t mean, we weren’t nasty. Just being nice. I’m a single mom, struggling to pay bills. I decided to treat myself and my brother whose been helping me out and this happens? I know I’m just one person but I am never coming back and telling others about my experience so they too don’t have this happen to them.

I have nothing but praise for ANY of the Dutch bros I've been to! The quality is always consistently good. The Barista's are always helpful and friendly.
The only thing I really really wish they would bring back is the chocolate covered espresso beans! Keep up the good work!

I went Here tonight 20 minutes before closing and the In titled high schooler decided it was more important to have a conversation for 10 minutes before I decided to put my car in reverse and leave. He was talking to the girl in the car ahead of me about how he was ready to close at hour ago and how he just wanted to go home talking about different flavored drinks and how her drink tasted all I wanted to do was order my coffee and go home. Well You lost my business so I hope you got what you wanted and got to go home early

First time Dutch Bros experience. Dope coffee for sure. I understand a bit the cult following now.

I love the coffee, when it's done correctly. Seems to be some turnovers happening here and lots of new faces means screw ups on our orders. In addition it means added wait time in lines. If there is no line I will still stop in. But truthfully I haven't been going as often because of waits and mistakes.

Dosen't have the real fruit mixers. 04 Jun 2020 update. They now have the real fruit mixers. I don't know what was going on this day. But when I got my drink. All the fruit was down the side and at the bottom of the cup. Blended rebel with strawberry real fruit no syrup. Not a fan of the new lids. Lost half my drink when it tipped over.

I go to several different Dutch Locations in between my work, whether it’s for me or I do a coffee run for my co workers and or just myself. However I purchased two rebels, and a
americano. I used my punch card and paid for remaining balance with my debit card. After noticing that I was charged for my entire order and my stamp card that should of covered a free beverage Didn’t get used in my order. I’m very disappointed with my experience at almost every Dutch bro’s.

Been going to Dutch Bros for over 6 years now. Never had such terrible service. Only stopped at this one since I was on a road trip. They made terrible excuses on why they couldn't make my daughters apple smoothie into a caramel apple smoothie. Not that they didn't have caramel but that their owners wouldn't allow that. I'm just glad I am home and can see my regular peeps and never be treated so rudely again!
