Really good food but get there before 2PM or eat outside if coming at 2PM and onwards on weekdays or you feel rushed by staff coming to your table to ask to take your plate and drink every 5 minutes. 🥴 We knew they closed at 3 and were prepared to leave a few mins early but sheesh. I had a whole sandwich at 2:15 and someone asked if I was done MULTIPLE times. It was very unpleasant.

Also, I asked to change the chips for salad (before the plate hit the table) and the staff told me no that I could go buy a salad if I wanted and sat my plate down. Rude and not friendly. You’d rather lose a weekly customer over changing a side of chips for salad - that is one of the side options.

Guess I’ll reschedule my future lunch dates to a place that’s a bit more accommodating.

Bad bagels no taste and cold.
The cofee was good.
But how can a restaurant not have any ketchup for their customers?
This place is trendy but the food sucks !
OH YEAH NOT CHEAP.....ONLY FOLLOWERS GO HERE. ..I AM NOT....CIAO 4 EVER.

Sola is just an all around great place. You can't order wrong and the staff is always friendly. My go to is an oatmilk latte with some hot mini donuts. If you haven't been, go. If you have been, go again.

I love this place! The iced lattes and cappuccinos are my favorite! They use milk from a local creamery and the skim milk tastes much creamier than the chain coffee shops. Everyone that works at Sola is so friendly and knowledgeable about what they are serving. What I love the very most about this cafe is that they are locally owned and use as many local ingredients as possible in their food and drinks. Local coffee roasters, local dairy, local produce and you can even purchase fresh flowers from local flower farms 3 days a week! They sell local honey, candles, cards and more! If you like great coffee and delicious healthy food while supporting local, you will love Sola Coffee Cafe❤️☕️🥗💐🍯

I might be biased but this is one of the best coffee shops in the area! Always busy, great coffee, snacks/food and wonderful customer service!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Sola! One of my favorite local coffee shops in Raleigh. Their food is incredible. Their coffee is amazing! They have pop-up shops some Saturday's during the summer. The atmosphere is really fun, and can be loud at times, but they do have some nice tucked away spaces for working. The employees are always friendly, and they have reward cards that allow you to get your 10th coffee free after buying 9 (which, trust me, will not be a hard goal to reach!). One of my favorites is their iced latte with their house-made maple cinnamon syrup. YUM! If you haven't been to Sola, go now! You won't regret it. {Also, they have "hot minis" [mini donuts] that are to die for}.

Love this place! Great atmosphere, fun decor (sort of retro, feels relaxing and comfortable). I said it can feel festive in my survey response, as they have music and trivia nights and craft fairs on Saturdays sometimes. Coffee is good but affordable - a little cheaper than Starbucks, though the food can be a little more but is well worth it. Also, they have a Toast bar! (Until 11am and from 2-5pm).

Great coffee & food! Amazing vibe with very pleasant staff that go out of their way to make you feel welcome! I get the locally owned vibe when I go here. This place does have a stellar reputation so a 10 minute wait to order is normal and to be expected. One of the best coffee shops in North Raleigh hands down!

Yes, this place does legit coffee. And great food, like the breakfast bowl which is so good it's just ridiculous. But this place is more than that. It's run by and full of the best people you could hope to meet. They are courteous, friendly and very good behind the espresso machine. The integrity is a mile deep. When I have time, I hang out in the back patio with a pour over and my dog at my feet. It's ground zero for North Raleigh coffee.
