Such a cute new coffee spot! Originally from Texas, this location has some interesting flavors such as Joy Luck Club Latte and The Green Knight. I enjoyed The Green Knight which was a matcha latte with lavender syrup, ground star anise, and a pinch of salt. Not happy with your drink?! Tell them and they will change up your drink so that you're satisfied.

My wife and I enjoy trying coffee shops that aren't big chains and this one has some interesting options, but the coffee was great and the customer service was even better. They have the regular options for coffee and teas but also have some creative options naved after TV shows and movies that are crafted with different ingredients than your used to. I definitely recommend this place if you are into trying new coffee spots and different flavors you may not find at other shops.

Loved Fiction!

Great spot with great vibes.
Both baristas were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.
They use Counter Culture coffee and know what they are doing with it!
They had a large selection of hand crafted coffee drinks to choose from.
I had two different drinks and both were made extremely well and were very enjoyable.
If you are looking for great coffee in RDU, give Fiction a try!

Fiction Coffee just opened this week at Crabtree Terrace. I had a great experience.

Beverage: The “Blood Simple”. Espresso, Sparkling water, and one of Fiction Coffee’s amazing housemade syrups: “Blood Orange Fennel Juniper”. On the rocks, it was clean, refreshing, and coherent, like a cocktail that was meant to be sipped at your go-to speakeasy. It was the most creative and unique coffee beverage I’ve ever had at a coffee shop, anywhere.

Service: Spencer (co-founder and director of food and beverage), Bretina (coffee manager) and Saxon (barista) were ALL surprisingly personable and engaging. Very attentive and knowledgeable.

Ambience: The layout is open with lots of natural light and fresh executive décor. Upbeat music, just the right vibe to be productive. Nice outdoor seating options.

Operation: Although it was only day 2, everything was running incredibly smoothly. Everything worked and made sense. Seemed like they had been in operation for months.

Location: Super convenient and central, across the street from Crabtree Valley Mall at the corner of Glenwood Ave and Creedmoor Rd. It’s tucked away behind Perry’s Steakhouse and Fidelity Investments. Overall, a great place to meet for coffee, whether for business or pleasure.

Hidden gem- they have a traditional coffee offering, but they also have some rather eclectic drinks. Love their policy that you can try more adventurous coffee, and if you don't like it, they'll switch it. But I haven't found anything I don't like yet!
The inside and patio areas are gorgeous. Looking forward to spending more time here in the future.

Fun new coffee spot near Crabtree in Raleigh! This is definitely in a strange spot, I wish it wasn't in an office building, but the coffee was great and the atmosphere is so cute. For the price the cup was a lot smaller than at other local coffee spots, but it was still delicious. Parking isn't bad, but this may be more of an outing and less of a quick stop if you're planning ahead. I loved the concept and I'm excited to try again next time I am in the area!

Stopped here for an afternoon meeting. The specialty Alchemy coffee was magical - cold brew with Topo Chico mineral water and Juniper syrup was like no coffee I ever tasted! It’s a nice quiet space with great patio seating for nice days like today and a couple private rooms if you need to get down to business. We’ll worth the visit.

Great coffee and experience. Nice decor and place to get work done and meet folks. Also have sound proof booths to make calls as needed!

This is one of my top 3 coffee shops for flavor and quality I've been to. I ordered the lavender latte hot. The flavor was on point and was an overall fantastic drink.

I gave a 3 in service bc it was almost as if a tip was expected. I know tipping is a hot topic in our culture, so don't come for me. I like to keep my reviews honest. I'm going back to see if the vibe changed.
