Biggby Coffee

This was our first time here and we really liked it. The service and atmosphere were both great. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and a clean, modern environment. They had a ton of coffee and tea selections to choose from. And they do offer milk alternatives, such as coconut, oat and almond milk. Which I greatly appreciated. Our drinks were delicious and not too sweet like some other coffee shops. The price was on par with what I would expect for a craft coffee, so not something I'd do regularly because it would kill my budget. But a nice coffee treat every now and then.

Pleasant coffee shop (with a drive thru) located in an unassuming building just off the highway. Kelly was the friendly and patient cashier who took my order. I like that it’s open early on Sunday (I came just after 6 AM). I’ll likely be back!

One caveat: the hot cup lids don’t lock into the rim very well so be careful if you’re adjusting your cup while holding onto the lid — it quickly slips off!

They have delicious coffee and food. There is a drive thru and plenty of parking. The cashiers are always so nice and patient. They have a free rewards program and a card you can get points with. I received a text from Biggby after I signed up for a BOGO drink- I got an iced German Chocolate coffee and a hot Teddy Bear coffee and they’re both so good. Also got donut holes as a snack that were delicious. Very good service and highly recommend checking it out.

Loving this coffee shop! It’s so cute inside and the staff are super friendly. I went today and they had a BOGO deal so I got to try two flavors: Cookie Butter and Neapolitan. They have so many flavors to choose from! I got both my lattes in about 5 minutes. I’ll definitely be back here again! 10/10 def recommend!

Super friendly staff despite being swamped with customers! They have only been open a couple days so there's still some trial and error on efficiency, but I got my drink within 10 mins on the second day which isn't bad considering they are all new and learning. The owner is very friendly and personable, and the drinks have never disappointed me (I'm a long time Biggby fan from the north!) My favorites are the holiday drinks, the drink of the day, and their nitro cold brew. Will definitely return to this location frequently!

A hidden gem of a coffee shop if you haven’t found it! The service here is awesome, the staff is always very friendly and have a smile on their faces. The best part is the coffee and food is delicious! I have never had a bad experience here and I look forward to my Biggby Coffee runs throughout the week! Dunkin Donuts is right next to where I work, and I walked across six forks to get Biggby this morning lol it’s worth it! Love this place.

Trial run today for Barista training and got a free coffee and pup cup for Sugar my Maltese. I did the Caramel Haze and it was great. ☕ Definitely will be back next WK for their grand opening!!👌💚

Let me start by saying the customer service is immaculate. Very friendly. I was greeted twice when I walked in. Very clean. I went through drive thru then decided to go in so I could stare at the menu. (I was ducked in drive thru. A Jeep Wrangler thing) So many choices. The staff was helpful with suggestions. The food must have been good because people were ordering a lot of breakfast sandwiches. The manager came out and spoke to customers. (I’m really big on customer service.) The coffee was so “coffee”!!! I loved it. I ordered the white chocolate sweet cream cold brew. I’m excited to return and try more flavors. I’m taking my family when I return. I plan on purchasing 1 of their cups too. It even comes with a drink unlike a lot of other places. They also have a rewards program that has an app. They have a second location coming soon near Glenwood Ave. & Pleasant Valley.

Everyone is incredibly friendly, including the owners, who go out of their way to talk to everyone and make sure everything is to their standards.

They even wrote "happy bday" in caramel drizzle in my wife's drink!

Love this place. Highly recommend for good coffee and bagel breakfast (bragel) sandwiches served fast!
