Gloria Jean's Coffees Crabtree Mall

Excellent coffee shop with friendly service and a variety of options! Very reasonably priced and good portions also. I did not get a chance to try any of the food there, but it looked good! Coffee on the other hand was very good. Will definitely go back!

I’m so glad I checked this place out! The customer service, and beverage were phenomenal. I explained to the barista (who happened to be one of the owners) what I usually get from places like Starbucks and he was able to give me a great suggestion. My son tasted my drink and then decided he wanted one. The owner was super friendly, and down to earth. I’ll be stopping in every time I’m in Crabtree!

Great service by “Big Joe”. Came in after a rough experience at the Apple store, and needed a place to jump on a couple work calls. He had such a great attitude and was super kind, actually he kind of got me pumped up for my call!

It was also a nice quiet spot for me to handle a couple of meetings at too!

“Every girls crazy bout a sharp dressed man…”
Let me just say that the sharp dressed gentleman who took our order and interacted with us was phenomenal in every way. He was truly a breath of fresh air in a society which doesn’t care of their fellow man. I wish I had gotten his name but we were too busy enjoying his upbeat personality and the light conversation. The coffees were made perfectly and his presence made the stop a complete success for us in every way.

Gloria jeans is by far the most welcoming coffee shop I’ve been to. The staff is always so sweet and the drinks are delicious! And if you haven’t tried their lavender lemonade yet it’s a must try!

Located in Crabtree Mall (next to H&M). Lots of seating in the coffee shop, chairs and sofa. Quiet place and the iced coffee was delicious!! I’m used to seeing more Gloria Jeans Coffee shops since I grew up around them in Illinois. But I think this is the only one open in North Carolina?!? So, if you’ve never had tried their coffee before, you’ll definitely enjoy it! Carmel Macchiato is my favorite. ❤️☕️

This location has sandwiches, muffins, hot and cold coffee and teas! Plus they sell lots of syrups and coffee for home!

Gloria Jeans Coffee has been around for a long time. Had the opportunity to stop by the Crabtree Mall location in Raleigh over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised to see they have a location there. I stopped in and had a wonderful coffee drink. Great place for a great cup of coffee ☕ 👌
