Gloria Jean's Coffees Crabtree Mall

Nothing like the stores in Australia. The coffee was mediocre at best and made poorly. The staff where friendly but didn't look too motivated. Just chatting to each other and listening to music on their headphones.

My husband and I needed a pick me up. The staff were knowledgeable about their products and the coffee and latte were great!

Always like getting coffee here. Tho I did have to repeat myself, my order 3 times cause the cashier kept talking and laughing with the other coworkers. And he did not offer my receipt and walked away.

Gloria Jeans is a good coffee shop inside of the mall. Great service and tons of drink options including some cold smoothies.

Simple coffee, tea, etc. I've been going to the Gloria Jean's in Cary for years... same excellent coffee. Friendly staff and good service. I sat with 2 friends and enjoyed each others company.

The staff was super helpful and super nice. But the coffee was atrocious. It tasted like they diluted the coffee with water. Just ordered a regular caramel iced coffee added 5 packs of sugar and still tasted like watered down coffee. Again the staff was super nice.

Wasnt Bad For My Past Visit. I got A Strawberry Fruit Chiller, An Iced Coffee, And a Pistachio Coffee. They Even Have Chicken Sandwiches here and I got one and it was nice and hot. This is a Great Alternative if the Starbucks Line in the Mall is Too Long.

For many years I enjoyed Gloria jean's good coffee and as an alternative to starbucks ( any coffee is better than starbucks).
On Sat Oct 28 at around 12:30 I walked in Gloria Jean's in Crab tree mall, Raleigh and order brewed coffee. The coffee was not hot (I didn't mind much) but when I asked for cop of water they refused and point me to their bottle waters in case, I told her (she seem was the manager) I don't drink bottle or can, If she can give me a cup and I will get water from faucet. Again she refused. I consider any business 50-50, 50% quality of product and 50% customer service.
So today I said farewell to Gloria Jean's and will never go back

Surprisingly great! Haven't had Gloria Jeans many times. The staff here was extremely pleasant. Thanks for not being miserable like 80% of people you cross paths with anymore!

Why wait in the long lines for your coffee at that other coffee shop? Employees are always nice and spot on with their suggestions. Coffee is pretty good too.
