Gloria Jean's Coffees Crabtree Mall

Okay-ish coffee, but they don't follow orders very closely. I got the wrong milk and wrong syrup and they just tried to tell me it was right. Caramel and hazelnut do not taste the same, folks.

I've been going to this coffee shop for about 5 years now and I compare every other coffee shop I go to it. Everyone who works there puts care into what they make and the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting -- not to mention their iced coffee is awesome! If you haven't tried it, you're missing something!!

I think the coffee here is better than what you'll find at Starbucks, the staff are friendlier, and the prices are lower. If corporate identity is your thing, then go to Starbucks, but if you're looking for a good cup of coffee, come here instead.

Did not make correct order and refused to give me the correct order

i love love love their coffee, it’s amazing! wayyy better than starbucks!! every time i go in there the staff is always so friendly. and it feels like you’re at home!

If you were to ask me for three reasons why I love Gloria Jeans so much, I would say, "Pistachio, Pistachio, Pistachio." If you were to ask me for a fourth reason, I would think a moment... and then I would say, "Pistachio." The flavor is amazing. Why for the love of God is no one else using Pistachio flavor!?!? I don't know. But until they do, it's Gloria Jeans all the way for me. The one drawback to their location is that it's an absolute deadzone for phones. But that's fine. Just get your Pistachio latte to go :)

I just left here and im disappointed after returning from a few years back when i worked at Belk. The shorr brunette with freckles probably mid 30s was very unpleasant. Aftwr asking for my drink to be iced she rolled her eyes at me like it was a huge deal to simply add ice. After walking away as i drink my iced mocha i notice there was anything but ice. 2 stars for the coffee. Get better employees. I could have made my own i didnt come to Gloria jeans for an attitude over ice.

I've tried this place several times and I really wanted to love it. But my drinks are just never quit right!

I've had coffee here several times now. The drinks are always correct, delicious, and the service is always friendly. My only complaint is that iced coffee is a little acidic for my taste.

It's good!!!, the coffee is drinkable (not so damn hot I have to wait an hour).
