Uglie Mugs Coffee House

The youngster behind the counter wasn't too enthused to help. The croissant was good, but the Lemon poppy seed muffins were bland and very dense, kinda dry too.

Great coffee, patient with my questions and good referrals on food.

OK, very slow service, milkshake was mostly milk with about a tablespoon of actual ice cream. Would not visit again with so many other options.

THE coffee shop for the Avon area, fresh baked breakfast fare with a well stocked Bead Shop room inside.

Pre-Covid, this was the place to get coffee, goodies and the latest gossip from the locals. Now, no socializing (which I miss), but still my favorite coffee stop. I'm there every day during my visits to Hatteras.

Absolutely adore this quaint shop! Come for the delicious iced or hot coffee and fresh baked foods ( I had a blueberry scone that was to die for) stay for the handmade jewelry, mugs and measuring spoons!

The person behind the counter didnt greet me or show any enthusiasm. The coffee was so-so. Many sugar packets had holes and were spilling out. The muffin was good at least.

Nice place. Sells handmade mugs and some art work too. I had an iced wired monkey - chocolate & banana - it was fantastic!

Regular coffee and donuts were good. Latte, scones, and iced tea we're not.
