Great snacks , coffee and atmosphere.
Over priced terribly slow service.
Had to leave to another location.
The story...
Stopped in at 93o am second in line. 2 people behind counter . One making orders the other cleaning and stocking.After 10 minutes in line without so much as I will be with you in a moment or any eye contact I lost my patience.
The young worker was very busy but the older I presume owner looked hungover and disinterested in customer service.
To bad find a job that makes you happy!

Have been going to Ugly mugs for years. Used to enjoy a Dane brainage hot or cold. Last two times the hot Dane was awful. Didn’t even taste like there was coffee in it. Won’t be going back.

Absolutely delicious. Great service. And super cute little back room area to make beaded jewelry and things that I wish we had time to explore more & hang out a while! Spinach and feta croissant was out of this world! Yum.

What an artsy-fartsy coffee shop! The coffee mugs were unique, along with the decor. The employees were friendly and the overall atmosphere was fun. The art for sale was beautiful, too.

So this is an odd review. I ordered three things and every one of them was wrong! In all cases it was either the size and whether it was hot or cold.
That said, what I ordered was quite good. When I realized she screwed up _every item_, a line of customers had formed, and I wasn't going to wait to fix my first order. I had other things to do.
So I stuck with what I got.
Yes. I would visit them again, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you ask the barrista to repeat your order or there's a high probability it will be somehow wrong.
It's disappointing because the product was great, but the service needs some work.

Went here twice. Latte and smoothie were fine. Both times the employees were cranky and lacked in customer service.

I really hate to give them a bad review because this used to be my favorite coffee shop on the island, but they have gotten new staff that need a little more training on making lattes. I love the atmosphere and browsing the amazing bead selection while waiting on my coffee, but I have been disappointed with my drink the last two times I have been.

Tons of coffee options. I can’t do any type of milk besides coconut which seems rare to find so I was pleased with that as an option. Coffee was delish. They also had quite a few gf options for those that don’t do gluten. My husband got a Cinnabun and really enjoyed it.

I'm going to chalk it up to a bad day, but the coffee wasn't good this day. It was kinda busy and the coffee tasted burnt. I don't know how else to describe it. If I'm ever back that way I will try it again and hopefully I can put a better review. I wont put a lower then a 3 star because the service was fine and the lady who took my order and made my coffee was nice and pleasant.
