I could spend hours in this store! It's so nice too handle and buy real books! Associates ate always pleasant and helpful!

Everyone in the store I came into contact with greeted me and asked if I needed help. The book I was really there for I couldn't find and the girl looked it up for me and was unable to find it in her system. I found out later that the actual release date was 2 days away. I was still able to find a couple books. While at the checkout I had a question about my daughter 's membership, while the gentleman waiting on me was looking for the answer, the manager overheard a little and told him to finish checking me out and she would handle it. She was so friendly, told me how to resolve the issue. Then gave me her card and told me if I had any problems to contact her directly and she would address it. No wonder why they are so popular!!! They all know the meaning of customer service!!!

Great as always, once in a while there's just a worker there who is kinda snooty lol but a great selection of books and the starbucks option is great

It was a great and friendly enviorment with all kinds of books and magazines and fandom supplies for everyone. The staff was very understanding and helpful with questions they were presented. The store itself was well organized and made easy to find exactly what it is your looking for.

I hate to say it. That not having those big puffy cozy chairs here anymore made such a difference... but it did! I loved curling up in a chair with a few good books before deciding on the one or two I would buy! Bring 'em back!

Love this place! Perfect place to sit down to read and study. The Starbucks in the store is also a great plus, for some good drinks and a snack. I can easily spend hours in this store reading and drinking coffee.

This branch ive never been to before until now and its set up differently from the store i usually go to. So i had to ask for help finding what i wanted. The man that helped me was great. Will probably go back if i get out that way again.

Great customer care, it was a nice experience. Unfortunately they did not have the book that I wanted but they ordered it for me and had a great collection of books to buy either way. Pretty good deals too.

I could spend hours browsing through this store, there are just so many books and items to look through. The atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. The selection its outstanding, I can always find something that interests me!
