Love all the Storytime events they hold for babies and kids. Everyone is so nice and they really take the time to learn your names and get to know you. They usually have little activities for the kids too after the stories and always give out coupons for the cafe. Even when it’s not Storytime, the back children’s area is very kid friendly and a nice place to let your kid explore while you look though the good selection of books.

Wide variety of books, comfy chairs, and a relaxing atmosphere. Prices are typically fair. There was a half way decent vinyl selection (however this is not a record shop). Some of the non-book items were expensive however.

I always come here to relax and clear my mind or to get some work done. The staff is always attentative to my wants and needs. I never need to ask for help. The café baristas are kind and genuine as well. Everything you SHOULD expect from a Barnes & Noble.

Comfortable atmosphere, lots of tables at the Starbucks Cafe (although, being a popular place, can sometimes make it difficult to find a free one), friendly staff. It's really easy to sit down with a book and a venti caramel macchiato, start reading, then look up to find out that you've been there for five hours. Great place to catch up with a friend or two for some meaningful conversation.

Very nice place to go to get a Starbucks and not have to wait forever and also enjoy a good book with some quietness.

Too aggressive with their customer service. I had the same person ask me at least three times of I needed help. I like to browse books because unlike previous years I don't have an idea of what I want when I go in. Apparently wearing headphones is not enough to keep people at bay. Because two other employees approached me afterwards. There was also no way they would be preventing theft because a) I didn't go in there to steal anything and b) I wasn't carrying a purse.
Here's a helpful tip. Most of the time it's best to be visible and present. Ask the customer ONCE if they need help. And generally they'll say no, but if they change their mind, and if you're a decent employee, they can usually find you IF you're needed. I don't like being harassed and I don't know anyonewho does. And you're really wondering why people buy their books in Amazon? At least there I can browse the selection in peace.

I love books and they have a great selection. The prices however are very high when compared with web sites like Amazon and many others. The positive side is that its the only true bookstore around here. You can go there and preview actual books. You can order books to be delivered to them and they will contact you when they come in. They also have DVDs and puzzles and some more items. They also have a coffee station where you can get coffee and other items.

The staff was exceedingly pleasant. Great people all around. But the corporation only matches THEIR OWN online price is you're a member. Which costs money.
It's cheaper to sell me the book in-store than to ship it to me. Don't charge me money to save me money. That's a disgusting practice.

The employees were very helpful and friendly. I was able to quickly find the book I wanted. Much better than going to Amazon on the computer.
