Good place to refill the tank and grab a coffee before jumping onto the highway. Especially happy the coffee is already made in pots and carafes -- I do not like places where they have a glorified Keurig machine & you have to wait while it grinds the beans. I like to pour and go fast, so don't change a thing, Stewart's!
I have decided to re-write a comment that I wrote a couple of weeks ago (in which I had a female Stewart's associate not greet me or thank me). Let me state that, for the most part, customer service at Stewart's, is EXCELLENT!! I know that some people are friendlier than others, but you can't fault Stewart's for that!! I KNOW that good customer service is very important to Stewart's, as it should be! It should be important to ALL businesses, IF you want to keep those customers, and get new ones! But, like I said, I've had good interactions with most Stewart's associates!! But, also as I mentioned in my initial post (mentioned above), please consider having a fountain system for soft drinks, because 20 ounce bottles are become too expensive!! I know that other Stewart's locations have a fountain system for soda as well. Overall...I enjoy patronizing Stewart's!! Thank you.
Walked into Stewart's today to grab a half gallon of milk. To my shock and amazement, there was one short blonde female employee who obviously wasn't required to adhere to a dress code as the others were. The shirt she had on was practically nothing as she was exposing most of her upper body.
I think that Stewart's corporate management needs to know about this
The keypads on the gas pumps are always filthy at this location. I have called three times about this and they do not keep them clean. They are always covered with grime and dirt.
I wanted to order a whole pizza at 10:45, and the manager said that they couldn't do it..."we close in less than an hour!" No...you're a liar...you close in 1 hour and 15 minutes!! They had NO hot dogs left...no hot food at all!! Wow....i guess I'll have to go to McDonald's!! It's NOT smart to turn away a paying customer.. especially since I come here all the time!!! Maybe I'll have to rethink if I want to keep patronizing Stewart's!! To the management of Stewart's...I'm not happy!! Then again...you probably don't even care!!
I love Stewart's shops but I went to this location and the gentleman that waited on me was so rude. The guy who prepared my ice cream was super friendly. I wish I got his name but I will not be going to this location anymore
Watch out for times when they run out of pint ice cream containers. They'll use one of their "bowler" soup containers, which is not a full 16 ounces but will charge you the full pint price and actually have the gall to assert they're giving a full pint.
Was asked for my ID..I gave my passport.. was refused service.. I argued with her.. made her get the manager.. she came back and finished the transaction didn't even apologize.. worse customer service!!! I would recommend more training I will now go out of my way and go somewhere else for now on.. such a shame
