My favorite place to drink coffee and browse books.

Love everything about the store but the prices. Books are sooo expensive. However they do have sales and such so that definitely helps. I have had no problems with in store services but the last time I called I got what I felt was a very rude employee. I won't assume they are all rude based on the one though.

My favorite store. So much to browse through! It has such a quantity and assortment of books that it's nearly impossible to leave without at least one book. The store is large and roomy, and you don't feel hemmed in. Lovely.

Love this book store. Staff are very friendly and will help you with whatever you need. Books are organized in a very sensible fashion and are always in the right place. Also the store has a Starbucks inside, which is nice when you're there just to browse and see what's good.

Massive selection of books, friendly staff, nice store layout and really clean. Generally always down to spend some time perusing their inventory. Never tried anything from the coffee shop there but have heard only good comments about it from everyone I know. Now, my only complaint is that I couldn't locate any of the 15 books I was specifically looking for during my last visit (this could very well be since what I'm looking for is a mix of old and obscure books that have been out of print for a while).

Nice to have one bookstore around. Sometimes waiting a day or two isnt an option. Seeing in person is still my favorite way to shop!

Store is bright and welcoming with very attentive staff. Book sections are easy to navigate. Parking is excellent.

The best bookstore around with helpful employees! The Starbucks coffee and eatery is a great addition to enjoy a book. The selection is amazing, any book that you need is there. If they don't have it they can order it and it is usually there within a week. I especially enjoy the music movie and television show section. I have a record player and have found their selection to be perfect for the beginner collector with music that isn't played on the radio 100 times a day. Great store through and through!

Such a nice place. Can have something from the Starbucks counter within and sample a book or magazine. They have a great section for children books and toys.
