First time here and wanted to have a coffee chat with a gal pal. The bookstore part…great! The store owned Starbucks…not so much-workers were very new to coffee itself and had no idea of menu besides the basics then added far too much ice in the chosen drink. I would visit again because everyone deserves a 2nd chance, bookstore part definitely!

I love books! I’m old fashioned and love a good book in my hands to sniff and flip through the pages rather than read on a pad.
Love the atmosphere here, you can grab a coffee and sit and drink and browse.
Though it can get a little pricey their rewards points can add up quick if you’re an avid reader.

I cannot even type how much I love this place. Been going since I was 16 (back in 2006) with my crew to buy piles of manga, philosophy books, fantasy, and more. You can spend hours getting lost while sipping on something good from the cafe.

Has a wide variety of books and a knowledgeable staff team. Not to mention the atmosphere is in my opinion, exactly what you’d want in a bookstore. Pretty quiet, a lot of places to read, even an in store coffee shop (Starbucks) to enjoy drinks and snacks while reading! I wouldn’t want this Barnes and Noble to change at all.

I like going to Barnes and Noble the staff were very helpful no matter how long it took to find what I needed. The staff were very pleasant and they did all they could to help me. If you're looking for a good book and need help from the staff finding it that's the place to go they help you more than the library.

Huge!! Has everything, books, toys, notebooks, music, DVD, chairs to sit down, and Starbucks! Very spacious and friendly service. It’s one of the best!! Great place for family!

Utica B&N rocks! They have way more than the store in Salisbury MD where I now live. I will buy my books there when I'm in NY.

This is a much better Starbucks option than the other one in the plaza. You can get your coffee in less than 20 minutes here. The bookstore always has a great selection, though they have some metaphysical BS in the science section, which has always irked me. I always leave a few dollars poorer and saddened that bookstores are on the decline.

For my first time physically being in B & N, I was happily surprised to find it organized and well stocked. I was a little surprised that I didn't see any attendants/ workers out on the floor. They were only at registers. Granted, it was the day after Christmas.

Very clean, lots of choices of different genres to pick from. Each section is well labeled. Has a separate area that is child friendly.
After your done shopping and looking around can stop for a coffee, macciatio or snack- cookie, muffin, cheesecake. Side of a sandwich. Great Place to Buy, relax and just let the worries of the day go away !
