The two guys that I always see when I go in are fantastic! Both super friendly and efficient. This place is lucky to have them, keep up the good work.
My coffee is always good and the donuts fresh at a fair price.

As a coffee enthusiast, I'm always on the lookout for new spots to satisfy my caffeine cravings. However, I was unsure what to get. I asked the barista at the window what is their most popular coffee as I wanted to try a local favorite. After giving me many options that I can say all sounded delicious, I asked to be surprised. The barista was very polite and patient while ordering.
As I pulled up to the window they had my order ready to go.
I got a Medium Iced coffee, Turtle Chocolate with Hazelnut flavoring and light cream and I was pleasantly surprised. Definitely recommend.
I also ordered a Sausage, Egg and Cheese breakfast sandwich on an Everything Bagel that was also very delicious.
10/10 would recommend. Next time I'm trying their French Toast Coffee!

I love all the Dippin Donuts The one in New Hartford has this amazing Cinnamon Roll with glaze and Icing. This thing is huge just like their donuts. My favorite is the Strawberry cream. I don't drink coffee but they have a ton of selections with those as well. Very friendly staff and passionate owner.

My kids love dippin donuts in New Hartford because their donuts are big. I love every part of the experience. The staff are amazing and so friendly. I don't feel rushed when I order. They answer every question I have with a smile. They always put a smile on mine and my kids faces. Definitely recommend the New Hartford location.

Food and coffee is good. My only critique is the cleanliness. When the food residuals on the floor crunch under your feet and the arachnids are taking over the walls and windows. It might be time to get someone to take some ownership of the space.
Just a suggestion!!

Love there coffee ☕ and bakery. There staff is very nice and try there best to give you fast service. I've been going there for at least 15 years. The owner works very hard to keep his food and bakery so you will have a good experience.

They hype their coffee, and it is very good, but the real reason to go is for the donuts. Real, honest to goodness donuts that taste good. Their peanut donuts take me back to my childhood and their sour cream donuts are worth the trip by themselves.

This place is great. The coffee is good and you get a large iced coffee that's half the price of Dunkin. Also they have sugar free pastries that are out of this world. Not too sweet kinda tart and I really like that. Fabulous place they far surpass Dunkin!

Edit: I have since spoken with the manager, and the employee has COMPLETELY changed his attitude. He’s completely friendly, patient, and a joy to be around. I don’t feel skeptical going there while he’s working anymore. I’m now giving the 5 stars I originally wanted to give!
I would absolutely love to rate this place 5 stars. I personally prefer dippin over dunkin. The quality is better with both the coffee and the donuts. The donuts are huge and have great taste. The coffee doesn’t taste watered down like dunkin and has great flavor. However the customer service is terrible. Every time I have gone there, there is a gentleman working the drive thru whom is ALWAYS rude to me and my family. I shrugged it off at first. I’ve worked fast food and I know the struggle and how frustrating it can be. I thought maybe at first he had a bad day. But with that being said I’ve always been very polite and did nothing to deserve his rude behavior. Today I didn’t see any fall flavors on the menu, so I asked. He began to tell me with attitude it was on the menu. I didn’t see it, he told me he didn’t really know and that they had so much. Which is okay. But he’s always working when I go there. So I figured he’d know the menu a little more than I would. He was very impatient and rushed us. We got to the window and there were all the fall flavors on the window. I wish he had more patience and understand. I will return because I enjoy the coffee, but the service I do not.

Very clean and friendly. Donuts were very good and made on premises, not frozen and shipped like national chains. Parking lot was open to bank next door so I was easily able to zip in with my 24' motorhome. There would have been room for a larger rig too.
