Ordered a iced french vanilla cappuccino and got instance coffee with sugar. My hot French vanilla cappuccino was undrinkable. Worst coffee ever. Now Rome's is fantastic

Absolutely the worst tasting coffee and terrible breakfast sandwiches. Definitely do not waste your time going here, stick with the big corporations like DD and Starbucks. This place seriously needs to be shut down. Menu board is all scribbled on with prices and dirty and service is ridiculous. Avoid....

Terrible experience, cashier ran my card, swiping it fast, would not register, proceeded to grab a 20 out of ATM. With same card Walked back in to pay. At this point 15 minutes passed. Paid 20$ for coffee so I wouldn't be late for work.

Old fashion donuts, I'm certain they deep fry them--like a donuts is supposed to be. If you like ice coffee, they always seem to get mine right versus DD. The place is in need of a bit of remodeling, it looks dated. Half dozen donuts are $7.49, I believe, and full dozen is $9.99.

the coffee isn't great, but the food is better than DD. be prepared to wait! they were holding political "rallies" or something in the midst of the 2020 election cycle, but that seems to have ended.

Why cough up the same amount at Dunkin for the same quality coffee, less donut, and definitely a lot less love? Support smaller, more local business and enjoy what Dippin has to offer!

Amazing service! The morning team is super friendly and are quick, they move fast which shows they care and they liste, ask questions if needed to make sure they get your order right. If you go to dd down the street they move like dead, carry an attitude that they don't care and do not seem to care if they get your order correct.

I think it's better to support local business too.

Love this place...My coworkers introduced me to Dippin Donuts a local family owned donut/coffee shop..all I can say is once you have Dippin Donuts you'll never go back to that other place that.. "America runs on" ever again..their donuts are huge ..I compared a munchkin next to Dippin Donuts donut hole and Dippin Donuts donut hole is massive compared to the Munchkin...they have more flavors of coffee too and their coffee is consistent in taste..but my only complaint is..I think they should brew fresh coffee more frequently...I've gotten a few cups that was a little old..if you request a fresh pot of coffee they'll make it for you

I live in NYC and I have to say that this place makes wayyyyy better bagels AND cream cheese than all the delis and bagel stores in queens and NYC do! Everything was so fresh! I also had an iced coffee, blueberry and chocolate donut holes from Dippin. Lemme tell you that it gives dunkin a run for their money. I just wish I didn’t live 4.5 hours away

Family owned. Yummy teas and fresh donuts. They even have lunch foods and a menu of Greek food. They contribute to a lot of local fundraisers which is why I also like to support their business.
