IHOP

My wife and I like to start the day with breakfast. The food was good as always, a little cold and slow.

Service was great. Mandy was an amazing waitress. The food was good and warm. Lots of people. The place was a little dirty. I would recommend it on a more non busy day.

Normal on par for an IHOP, service wasn't the greatest. Felt like the waitress was going out of her way to pull tips but not giving the kinda service that warranted a good tip.

Went in when they were super busy on thanksgiving for lunch. Everyone was very kind and welcoming worked fast paced together and the food was amazing. Very thankful for ihop!

Was there picking up for door dash and they actually threw away a steak dinner someone had ordered. So you make your own conclusion from that.

Ordered the Split Decision combo meal. Appeared to include everything, a lot of food. However, when bill came, additional charge for hashbrowns @ $3.50 per person.

Service was excellent, very nice server.

Placed an online order which stated ready in 15 min. Drove over and waited at the curbside pick up. It's over an hour later since arriving and only half the order is ready. Now half the order will be cold and the other warm. And still do not know if anything will be missing. Do not come here.

Update. Other order never came out. They lost it. Now canceling both orders. trying to get credit for both orders. Which is now ANOTHER wait.... Hour and a half now

Need to get more help. Took too long to get meal, only 7 people seated

They are promoting kids eat free .I CALLED and spoke to a lady that told me I could take my 3 kids for free I asked again if me as a single mother I could take my 3 kids. She said yes!!! From 4 to 10 So as I'm having a real hard time I figured I can afford this only. So I got my kids ready and excited for dinner out.. When we arrived and ordered our drinks. I asked again and thats when the disappointment and embarrassment came . The lady said its 1free kid per adult. Their is little words somewhere around the store where it says that . I preferred to walk out. Everyone their heard all the trouble I was causing because of that 1 persons that answered the phone and misinformed me.
Making me look like a horrible person and mother. I feel so embarrassed and hurt to my heart because of my kids. I really hope management gets on this so this one lady does her job right.

It was nice, but the food had cooled down and it was kinda cool not warm or hot. My great grandchildren loved the hot chocolate and they enjoyed their pancakes. The service was friendly.
