IHOP

I ordered the chicken fried steak with 2 eggs over medium and hash browns. The chicken fried steak took up over half the plate. Very large portion. The eggs were done just right. But the hash browns were very under cooked. No color and kind of cold. The pancakes were over cooked. Tough and "mealy". The shining star was the the waitress.

We were able to be seated right away. Took a few minutes for someone to come take our drink order. When she took our food order I knew she could not understand me and I even asked her twice if she understood what I was saying. Of course she did not and when she brought our food out about an hour to an hour and half later, there were at least three people that were seated after us that got their food first, everything was completely wrong. My order was wrong my husband‘s order was wrong and after an hour of sitting there waiting we just asked for the check and left!! I would’ve loved not to pay the bill but that’s not who we are!! I doubt we ever and go back!!

Was quite lackluster, seated at a table that had to be cleaned before we could be seated, food(specifically the deep fried items) was burned and took a long wait to get and still wasn't right. Waitress changed between order taking and delivery, so i assume that's where the ball got dropped. Twice disappointed: its not waffle house, and it was a not so great experience. I probably won't be coming back.

Poor help from the manger and staff

Update, we placed an order online at 5:30 PM. I’m still sitting in front of the restaurant at 6:47 waiting on a car side. I tried to call the restaurant three times no answer when inside the staff was rude. Currently they’re understaffed and that’s an excuse to make my children wait over an hour for their dinner and see how much longer I have to wait.

The restaurant smells bad inside, plumbing or drain issues. Very, very busy, took 1/2 hour to be seated, even though there were many (over 8) tables empty. Service aside from all that was decent, courteous people.

this has to be the worst IHop in the world. me and my friends went for a late dinner, no one was in the front to seat us, we had to wait until we finally got seated even though there was only two tables, counting us. after being seated and had our order taken the waitress never came back to check on us. one of us had to locate someone in the store so we could get the check. every employee was in the back of the restaurant on their phones. after we searched and asked to pay our waitress she still walked by us 2 times. 2 TIMES. without getting our money for us to pay out. once she took our money she went back into the back room and again we had to wait forever just for change. what a terrible experience

I was skeptical about going here after reading the reviews, but we thought we'd give it a try and we're glad we did. Our server was truly a delight and the food was delicious.

Not the Ihop We use to have, food, service, & $ prices are out of this world, I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy.

No servers. Takes forever to get sat. Awful management.

Honestly this place is no good, an terrible service. I waited in the front for a small bit before being seated an got my beverage at a decent time, but I had to wait forever to order an finished my drink. Then it took over 30+ mins to get food an wasn't even all there so I had finished the food they did bring which was chicken fried steak an 2 pieces of ham an waited for over 10 mins for the rest. So I paid for what I ate an left without a word. They don't even look up. An there was only 3 tables. This place needs some serious management. IHOP is one of favs but I'm not coming back here for sure.
