Ordered online. Once we picked up our meal we quickly realized our kids meal pancakes did not have the toppings on them nor on the side and we were missing one side outta our 3 kids meals. Once we went back to have this issue corrected, the lady was SO hateful an extremely annoyed she had to fix this for us an went on to assume we weee lying about missing one side. Will never go back to this location again.

Sad to say that customer service, management and cleanliness needs improvement. I went to pick up a 10 minute carry out order that took total 45 minutes due to drive thru service not attended to, had to go inside, no one to greet, waited again, order was not ready, neither was it correct. Others walked away due to no one to greet and acknowledge as they entered the restaurant. I asked if the drive thru was open, response was our girl that works it is out today. No sign posted to communicate it was closed. No one to answer the calls to the restaurant, calls taken randomly.
I asked to speak to a manager, was told the manager is in the kitchen, she sends someone else to answer my request for a discount due to the inconvenience of the long unexpected wait and order not being ready as told.
The manager sends someone to give me a senior discount I was already qualified for and who never acknowledged me or spoke to apologize for the inconvenience. I received a $1.23 discount.
I have always loved IHOP but this experience has changed that. I do hope the manager will seek help to change the reputation they are getting from poor customer service and lack of attending to customers as well as the overall appearance of the restaurant .

The floor was dirty. The broom and dust pan was left out in the middle of the room. People walked in, then left because no one greeted them. My grandkids ordered the funny face pancake which was to have cherries for the eyes and chocolate chips for the mouth. NO didn’t happen. It was a bad experience 😞😞

Never even got to eat. Went in. No one even waiting but us. Handful of tables eating. Darold up there to get checked in. No one came up there for like ten minutes. Finally checked in. About 20 more people walked up after us so then a full waiting lobby and people outside. About 5 tables walked out. While we waited for about 30 minutes (reminding you there was No one waiting but us). Finally left and went down to dennys. Also was short staffed but they were kind and manager came out and told us all.

My family went into IHOP 9/18/22, overlooked to be seated, after awhile waiting finally the waitress came, seated us, took awhile brought drinks set them on the table w/o giving them to us individually, very nasty attitude, we eventually got up, left and went to another restaurant. This IHOP is notorious for bad service and one manager being very unprofessional. The place is filthy as well.

When we entered the store there was no one in front of us waiting to be seated. We waited approximately 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge our presence. Then we waited another 5-7 minutes to be seated. I understand people are short staffed and all but at least sit us down to wait. There was plenty of open seating. Food was good enough and came out a lot quicker than it took us to be seated, but then we were hassled repeatedly about a white truck that was in the parking lot. I guess someone parked in the way or who the hell knows but we were asked by a couple of different employees whether it was our truck. It was annoying to say the least.
