IHOP

The waitress is a five star superstar , think ill be eating there alot more . Love the warm and inviting atmospher, you sure make it nice to go to ihop again ! Ill be coming in more !

The service was good, on the other hand the food was not. Everything was over cooked. The hashbrowns were crisped all the way while the eggs were over cooked when we asked for over easy eggs, as well as the bacon being hard.

Everything was a wreck, no one in the kitchen to cook the manager was M.I.A. the waitress was doing her best to help but only so much she could do!

Chicken was raw, food was cold, never got the salad that was ordered and the service was pretty rough. She did try to fix it, she gave us the chicken strips for free and discounted the drinks and was pretty friendly.

I ordered an omelet with Toast and salsa on the side. The toast was still limp but warm, asked the server for butter, and salsa all she brought was the salsa. Never refilled my water glass.

We were seated right away and our orders taken promptly. After that, all downhill. We waited over 20 minutes for our food and found out there was nobody in the kitchen. The waitress couldn't be found. She had her children in the restaurant while she was on duty. Once the cook was notified that he had orders to prepare we got our food before much longer. It was good food except the pancakes were a little gooey.

Restaurant floors were filthy and our table was sticky with syrup that was not cleaned properly. The waitress was nice.

Horrible! Sat there over 2 hours! Our food was then brought out but it was not our order at all!

The service today was the worst!!! Something was seriously wrong with the cook!! If I could give them zero stars I would. They messed up one order that had to be sent back twice then we got our appetizers after our meals and food took so long we filled up on our drinks. Several people eating there tonight were very upset and dissatisfied and disappointed. The pancakes were horrible!!! I don’t think I’ll be going back to IHOP at least not the one in Hobbs, New Mexico. We were so looking forward to eating there and it was a horrible disappointing experience. Please save yourself the grief and pick any other restaurant DO NOT GO TO IHOP! People were also complaining about the wait time and dirty glasses and silverware.
